History

Established in 2008.

Plum Paperie opened it’s doors in 2008 on Main Street in Tottenville. The company’s main goal was to establish itself as Staten Island’s première invitation vendor and focused exclusively on custom invitations. In 2009, the stationer moved to a larger location in New Dorp and expanded its offering to include ready to order invitations, social stationery, event accessories and a selection of fine gifts.

I went to the Plum Paperie in search of the perfect wedding invitation! What I received far surpassed my expectations. Mathew and Erica offer superb service. They took my visions and worked diligently to make it a reality. My invitations were finished promptly and came out stunning! They appeased any wedding stress I had. They are true professionals and are amazing at what they do. I will return to them in the future and I will highly recommend them to everyone!!! Thank you so much for everything!

I honestly don’t know where to start but basically that Matthew and Erica were amazing! I had Matthew and Erica help me with several things for my wedding and everything came out perfect!!! They are extremely helpful, smart, patient and honestly the only people that I dealt with in my whole wedding process that were not crooks! Extremely fair prices for the service you receive! Also probably the only invitation store in Staten Island that knows what they are talking about!

It was a pleasure working with Matthew for our wedding invitations. The product was perfect and exceeded our expectations. As a frantic bride on a time crunch, Matthew did an amazing job at making sure all was done on time and went above and beyond to make everything perfect. I came here on a whim. I always pass by the display window & have never actually been inside. The storefront is small & they mainly offer invitations & things for the day of the wedding. They do seating charts, but that’s mainly the extent of it. They did have pretty invitations displayed, but way too expensive. They were friendly & offered help several times. They have beautiful invitations, but a little out of my price range.
