I wish there were a choice for zero stars. Bought a brand new liner from them had them install it and it gaps at the corner. When I called they sent someone out who really couldn’t be bothered just said to keep putting water in the pressure from the water would fix it Look at the pic and judge for yourself. Horrible work.

Best pool company hands down on Staten Island! From start to finish it has been a pleasure working with the pool doctors. I couldn’t be more happier with the end results. I now use them to open and close my pool. Also I use them for maintenance through out the summer so my pools always clean n ready to use. Thank you pool doctor it has been a wonderful experience.

So I been using this company for about 2 years now an there really busy around April-​July everyone wants their pool open which is a good thing for them but s bit of a wait for families I waited about 3 weeks for an appointment which was between 2 – 4 I left work early to come home by 2 an wait they didn’t show up till 5:45 PM I called the office at 4pm an asked how much longer would they be since my schedule time extended till late, she left me on hold for about 15 min bc she couldn’t get in contact with the drivers. In my head I’m saying who can’t get in contact with there employees aren’t you suppose to call an give a heads up that your running behind schedule? OK. So she gets back on the phone tells me she can’t reach the driver she will call me back so it’s already 5pm an she still didn’t call me. By then I’m just over the whole office lady’s bc they where all over the place yesterday I’m guessing bc it’s peak season. Usually they are on time an on top of things, the guys are all great I wasn’t even upset at them I was just happy hey showed up bc my boys kept bugging me an it takes about a week for the pool to clear up with all the dirt an chemicals. Nice workers they came with 3 men an ready to handle business, I have a above ground pool so there already familiar with my pool. Manuel & Rafael always does my services very very nice workers. Anyway over all I’ll still call them for services they beat any other pool company in Staten Island ($ 150.00 to Open & Close the pool) varies on the pool size so your price may be different.

Ok they did come do the install everything went in well. They left before the pool was a quarter full and returned to back fill the next day. Well, when they put the sod like chunks of grass up against the pool (on the pool wall and green side down!). Yes on the pool and upside down. But whatever they are not landscapers. I needed them to replace the liner cause I ripped it with the ladder. (Dope) they left me with a leaky return hose and then wanted to charge me to fix it! O and you should have seen the dirt on the skimmer gasket! I wondered why they used 2 bottles of silicone. I will never use them AGAIN!

I’ve dealt with many contractors, most of them promise the world until they get the job and then either don’t show up when promised, the quality of work is sub par, or some just mess up your yard. When doing something as important as a swimming pool I made sure I did my homework and the pool doctor kept coming up as the best to use, so I picked them. I’m really glad I did. Their price in league with all the others, and they were extremely professional. They came in, did the job, give me the information I needed moving forward and left. A simple and pleasant experience, it was how you expect jobs to go when promised by a contractor, but in reality, usually do not. What’s best is they, they ALWAYS answer the phone or call you back, if you have questions or need help. A+++
