I love the pizza here and the eggplant parm hero is also excellent. Delivery is always fast. My only complaint is that half of the delivery guys refuse to deliver to my apartment door, and demand that I come downstairs to the lobby door to get my food. If I wanted to get dressed and put shoes on to leave my apartment I would pick the food up myself.

The calamari was inedible. We had to throw it out. It was like chewing on pieces of a fried garden hose. 9 bucks down the drain. The vodka pie was decent in comparison to the fried calamari. Most likely won’t repeat.

Must try their wraps!!! I usually get a whole wheat wrap with grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato and onion with honey mustard on the side. The chicken is always so juicy and the veggies are always fresh. They grill the wrap which just puts it on another level. Highly recommend it!!! They have really great specialty slices too. BBQ chicken slice is one of my faves

Horrible. We were on New Dorp Lane for a restaurant crawl & they were in it. We went there an hour before it ended, they told us to come back in 20 minutes, so we did, and they said they were out of pizza. Meanwhile they still had a bunch of pizza left… What? Their customer service is terrible. They have a bunch of better pizzaria’s on that street, Villamonte, Pizzaria Giove, Gennaro’s, and Pizza on the Plaza are all excellent pizzaria’s right nearby. Go anywhere but Pronto’s.

3 stars? No way. Some of the best pizza Staten Island has to offer. One of Best cheese slices hands down. Super thin crust with a perfect amount of cheese and sauce. Don’t forget to try some of the deep dish pizza. Bbq chicken slice is prob the best creations known to man, a mix of bbq sauce and ranch marinated crispy chicken on top of a deep dish slice. Sooo good

Honestly I don’t understand how you can screw up a delivered pizza. It came fast within half an hour of ordering but for some reason they made the pan pizza with the cheese underneath the sauce. On top of that the pie was undercooked. Like literally the middle of the pie was still dough and fell apart when I lifted it. Ended up throwing out the pie instead of eating it. Last time I order pizza from this place.

Normally I don’t complain 50% of the time the order is wrong. Today topped it. At 6pm we ordered 3 slices and a calzone. It is now 7:45 and I have no food and can’t get a straight answer. I’ve been on hold for the manager for 15 minutes. I’ll just let social media speak for itself.
The people that answer the phone don’t even know what they serve at the place.
I’ll never order from here again.

I gave Pronto on New Dorp 3 stars because when they get it right, the food is good, but often there’s an issue with takeout orders. Almost always the pizza pie is all over the box when it’s delivered. Now I don’t mean the kind of «it just came out of the oven and was really hot and therefore slid around in the car,» it’s the kind of all over the box as in sauce and cheese all over the sides, the lid, and just off the pie. This even happens when you order it well done, and then you have a dry crusty pie to eat. The heroes are lacking-​more bread than chicken, etc. Pasta dishes are delicious, especially the penne vodka and baked ziti. It’s great that you receive a confirmation when they receive your order and when it is out for delivery! It’s disappointing because I’ve had really good experiences with the other Prontos on the island, however this one is closest when I order.

We always order online from here, which is super easy, you know your order went through because you get text notifications! How perfect! Never have to wait very long either.
The regular cheese pizza is great, but it’s the specials which I really go for. The buffalo chicken pie, which is called Billy’s Cajun, is loaded with chicken and then drizzled with blue cheese dressing. My husband goes for the Philly cheesesteak pizza. It weighs a ton! It’s just covered in meat, onion, mushroom, peppers and cheese. It’s a monster. One slice is all you need.

I always love this pizzeria and order from them all the time. However, I feel that the quality of their food has gone down recently and the last experience was less than pleasant. I ordered a pie online, a bit over an hour has passed and I called them, they said the delivery guy had just left. Another 30 minutes later (I literally live less than 10 minutes away), I called again and they put me on hold. The delivery guy finally showed up with a cold pizza. It was quite a disappointment from a place that I love.

Okay pizza, its not the best but certainly not the worst. I come here once in a while, its a small place but the way they decorated it is really nice. The girls that work the phone and the register are really sweet, or at least some of them. I’m not a huge fan of anything else besides the pizza, like garlic knots and their pastas and etc. However there pizza is decent, maybe if it had more texture or they put more effort into designing the recipe it would be a lot better

They really need to change their name, their service is definitely not pronto. Hour and a half for a pie when I live less than a mile away… horrible service, cold pizza, not worth the price or wait. Order from somewhere else. They didn’t even offer a discount or refund for the hour and a half long wait.

Great pizza and very friendly staff. The specialty pies are what really set this place apart for me. They have a lot to choose from and they are all delicious. My favorite is the Alfredo.
Everyone who works there is super sweet.
