I purchased Groupon for $ 49 which includes a 60 min facial and 30 min massage. When I came to make an appointment, the employee told me that this facial from groupon includes only Basic facial: mask and cream and I have to pay an EXTRA $ 35 for aging facial!.. The Groupon does NOT have any information about extra payments except tips. it says: «Choice from collection of facials…» Would NEVER come back and do not recommend !

I read the reviews after I bought the groupon :(wish I had read them first. Massage wasn’t bad, the facial was horrible though. First, she used too much strength when massaging my face. It felt like she was trying to suffocate me. Then she kept trying to sell me that seaweed mask which I kept refusing and yet she kept being pushy about it. And basically I was left laying there with a mask for 30 minutes while she attended someone else. Not cool :(try somewhere else!

I was so angry upon leaving here. I purchased a groupon and called to make an appointment. The woman who answered asked me what I’m coming in for, I explained I purchased the groupon deal for 1hr facial and 30min massage. She told me that they’re booked all day and tomorrow and they will call me if there is a cancelation. (Mind you I live 3 min away from here and it’s NEVER busy!) half hour later the woman calls me and says someone canceled and asked me to come in. I don’t appreciate being lied to. When I get there I had the impression that they weren’t a fan of the groupons, they were just off putting. The woman who massaged me was ok, but she kept BURPING while massaging me! Then came the facial. The woman at the front desk came in to do my facial, asked me if I wanted a seaweed wrap for $ 20. I said sure. Well, she worked on my face for about 15min, put the seaweed wrap on my face and left me there for 20 min. Not to mention she kept leaving the room prior to that, speaking to her co worker and whispering to herself in another language. After the 20min isolation, she removed the seaweed wrap, cleaned my face and sent me on my way. I was furious!!! Horrible horrible horrible.

My experience at this spa was disappointing. I bought a groupon for an hour long facial. As she was giving me the facial the lady was talking to colleagues in another language and at one point left me alone for over 15 minutes. She really pushed the ‘extras’ & ‘add-on’s’ at least 4 times & was visibly irritated when I opted not to purchase anything extra. This was not a spa experience & I felt they wanted me in & out of there ASAP. This was the worst facial I’ve ever had & I would not go back.

I don’t blame you for this, but had to share because I don’t think you should do business with this vendor for the sake of your name.
I went to Q&R Harmony Day Spa for a 30 minute massage and 90 minute facial. The location and facilities were ok, nothing to write home about. We start with the 30 min massage. This was where I first got frustrated. The woman proceeding the lather me down in generic Baby Oil. Least you could do is try to fool me that you are using something special. Then, all she did was run the oil into me. For 20 minutes. No massage. And when I asked if she could focus or attempt to massage my shoulderblades and neck, she would poke me a few time with her finger and then continue just sliding her hands up and down my back with oil. Mind you they also cut 10 minutes out of this so called massage.
Next came the facial. The removed my makes up with generic cleansing strips put the steamer over my face for 5 minutes, use a quick cleanser, did a 3 minute extraction and then proceeded to try to up sell me on the type of facial I wanted. When I declined, they turned the steamer off, put a mask on my face, left me alone to try for 15 minutes, came back, took the mask off and told me I was done. My appointment was at 12 and I was out the door full clothed, by 1:05. But they made sure to ask for a tip too! I have (not trying to boast) really nice skin and they kept trying to tell me all these «issues» I have in order for me to purchase more. Also I now have 5 red bumps on my forehead where FRECKLES & BEAUTY marks are because the person could not tell the difference between a clogged poor and someones natural skin. Also, my lady kept leaving and manning the cash register and I couldn’t tell if she washed her hands every time she came back YUCK.
This deal was $ 49 and I have used groupon before for fabulous deals. This deal was a sham, a 90 minute experience cut to 60 and with lack luster performance. I’m honestly terrified I’m going to break out or have a rash on my face because I do not trust the caliber of this establishment. I felt this to be a complete waste of my time and money and needed to share.

They are cheap with everything. Only used a tiny drop of cleanser and mixed with a lot of water to cleanse my face. I didn’t feel that my face was washed thoroughly. To make thing worse, the girl removed the cleanser using 2 pieces of small cotton (maybe it was like 2 X 2) and washed ONLY ONCE. Then I asked if she’s going to scrub my face. She didn’t know what was scrub, and put peel on my face. Like before, she used 2 pieces of small cotton to wash it off ONCE. Since I didn’t want extraction, I requested to use the ultrasonic. After a few minutes, she said that my face is dirty and claimed that it was because I didn’t want extraction. Well, the reason my face is dirty was because she didn’t wash off the cleanser and peel properly! After the mask, I asked her why she didn’t put toner on me and she said I didn’t need it. She put on a tiny bit of face cream and told me I was done. I asked did she put on the sun protection cream and she said the spa didn’t have any. That was ridiculous. The process was supposed to be 60 minute with eyebrow shaping. In the end, I was done in 45 minute (including the time spent using the bathroom) because she didn’t do the eyebrow shaping. I left the place at 11:45AM when the sun was strong and it was bad that they didn’t put me any sun protection cream. What was the use of the facial when I can get sun damage right as I step out of this place?

The woman who massaged me looked like she was in a miserable mood and her massage reflected it. I don’t know where she was trained, if at all, but she hurt me. She massaged ON my spine, and used knuckles and fingertips, very harshly. They were rude and cold as well. No smiles, no positive-​healing vibe that you should expect from a spa.

After seeing a groupon for the spa, I bought a one hour facial for a slight discount I decided to try the spa. The spa was very dark and ice cold (it was 45 degrees out) they had one space heater in the entire place I was freezing. The facial was equal to one a 10 year old could do. The cram was poured on my face & then wiped off I kept feeling my eyes getting wet and was afraid the cream would end up in my eyes. The face massage was awful and again felt like a 10 year old was rubbing my face. Actually I feel a 10 year old could have done a better job … The so called facialist just wanted me to purchase a $ 29 upgrade to a seaweed cream. Then tge black head extraction was soo quick guess I don’t have many. Then I was waiting for her to begin my eyebrow which are included in the groupon (I was afraid they would be over plucked) the facialist said oh no no eyebrows we make no money with groupon so” we no give” you want? $ 10 more. U was disgusted and said no. I then got dressed and was heading to leave… She said you leave tip? I said «no tip… I need to go get eyebrows done and need to use the tip money». I felt bad not tipping but this was THE WORST FACIAL I have ever had … I try to give a business a fair chance but this was a horrible experience

I do not often write negative reviews, usually I just leave it alone, but unprofessional services deserve negative reviews…
The woman who gave me my facial and massage (as seen in a review already on here!!!) was trying to sell me add-​ons more than once. and even DURING my facial… asking me MULTIPLE TIMES if I wanted to buy stuff while getting serviced. SO RUDE. I AM TRYING TO RELAX. Also, because I did not buy any add ons and just kept saying no, I KNOW that she did not give me a proper facial!!! She was working the front desk while giving me a facial… and basically touched my face three times and just kept leaving the room??? She didn’t even cover my face fully with the masks she was applying — — yet kept telling me how I have such dry skin and big black heads so I should buy all this stuff. Further, I was already dressed, and the person I came with was still getting his facial done??? Clearly cheated in time as well as service.
The spa was clean, surprisingly nice… yet save your money and go somewhere more professional. They also called me 4 times, left me 4 messages in a ten minute span… asked me to come in earlier that same day, and told me they only give men «back massages»

The service was ok. But the lady who said she wasn’t the owner kept trying to sell us package deals while we were trying to relax. And she kept exaggerating skin conditions and how crucial it is to do facials all the time. I don’t think she was been sincere only because she kept trying to sell us packages. When I tried to pay with my amex she lied and said they don’t take amex but it says so in the door. When I pointed it out she said the owner probably forgot to take it down ??? I wouldn’t go back here cause we went in there for 60 $ facials and eneded spending over 200 $ for no reason.

Well, unfortunately I was not pleased with this place and the manager/​owner as well.
I purchased a groupon with a choice of three different types of facials to choose from. When I tried to choose which facial I wanted, the manager/​owner said she would have to see my skin first. So after I got into the spa room she stated she could not give me the two facial options I requested. Then I asked for just a basic facial which was also one of the options included in the groupon and she kept insisting I needed more than that. She tried to get me to pay an extra $ 65 dollars for a dermabrasion — which I refused so I settled for paying an extra $ 20 dollars for a seaweed mask as I felt so pressured by her. I have never experienced this before and have used groupons at other spas and they always honor your request in the options that are included in the groupon.
I also did not like the person who did the facial and she was very rough. I had to tell her twice it was too hard of pressure. Did not feel relaxed at all after leaving the spa.
I would not visit this place again groupon or no.

I went to this spa for a wax. I thought it the woman was nice, she was gentle, it didn’t hurt too much. After I left I was talking about it with a friend and and she was telling me about the importance of using a new stick with every dip in the wax pot. I remembered vividly that the woman at the salon DID NOT USE A NEW STICK EVERY DIP. She used the same stick for my whole wax. Please ladies, make sure your waxer does not double dip! I will not be going back here!

I got the Sudatonic Body Wrap. There’s no service involved– just tells you to strip down, and then they rub this slimy thing on you (in less than 2 minutes MAX) and then you lie wrapped inside a plastic electric blanket sort of thing. BUt honestly, it was cold in there! I got kind of sick from my first visit. It was supposed to help with slimming– but then they tell you if you really want best results, you can’t eat solids for the day. ummmm– i think THAT’s the slimming effect, not the wrap. I honestly didn’t see the difference.

In need of a great massage from a local place and good price, my roommate told me to goto this spa. Their atmosphere is very quiet and relaxing the and service is very good. After doing the 1 hour full body massage I feel very relaxed and happy! Will defiantly return back again few more massages and other beauty offers they have.

This is a very small but clean spa in a strip mall. Don’t be put off by the odd setting; spas should be judged by the quality of the service, not the trappings of the building.
Used a Groupon for a 30 minute massage and a one hour facial. Both were excellent. Both services were done in the same room, meaning I didn’t have to move from the table — a big plus and enhanced the relaxation.
Services are very reasonably priced and frequent buyer discounts are offered. No frills, just great value. Very happy with the experience and will visit again.
