This is the most amazing company. Not only can I control my home doors, lights, and alarm system on my cellphone. I can also control everything with voice commands with amazon echo. The way the system is fully integrated with my smoke detectors, my thermostat, and my security cameras really makes my house a true smart home and it makes everything so easy to control. Love this company it’s the way of the future embrace the technology. Never felt safer!

and filled out request for quote from red alert. red alert never made contact. i called red alert to ask for quote and asked a simple question. i wanted to know if they were local to me so i asked where there located and the secretary said for security reasons she couldn’t tell me. lol what a joke i hung up who says that.

So i had been looking online for an alarm system for my shop in brooklyn, and came across Red Alert. I figured they were like everyone else, but when I got my consultation, I was pleasantly surprised by the cool features that they could do, most of which I was never even offered by their competitors. My favorite is the app that allows me to know if my shop is not opened on time (late employee) and tracks who goes in and out with a log i can review at any time. Also can make sure they don’t leave the heat or air conditioner on when the store is closed because the alarm «tells» the thermostat when nobody is there so I can save money. I also get a text when my employees change the temp which they are not supposed to do, and i can change it back from my phone (and see who did it on camera) talk about big brother, and oh yea, its also a great alarm. lol
