Sal’s the man! My boiler broke down right in the dead of winter. My brother told me he found an HVAC company on Instagram, and I was extremely skeptical. So I did my own research and found Sal’s company on a contracting site. I saw Reliable got great reviews and I entered my contact info to receive a quote. Within 1 minute, I had received a call from Reliable. As I was on the phone with Sal, I heard my brother in the background! I said, «Hey! I think I hear my brother in the background. You’re at my house!» He said, «Oh yeah? and told my brother, «I’m on the phone with your sister.» lol. He installed a brand new boiler and a thermostat for a good price. He took credit card, gave a receipt and still answers my calls till this day when I run into a heating issue. He’s a great guy.

My central air unit was not working. Sal came over and gave me some solutions and didn’t charge me even after he changed a filter… he also patiently explained my options… great service, was extremely happy.
