Established in 1990.

Founded in 1990 by Frank Rivela, SPPA, Republic Claims Associates, Inc./Adjusters On Call TM is an accredited member of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters, (NAPIA) which requires that we maintain the highest professional standards and act according to a strict code of ethics. Mr. Rivela is one of approximately one hundred and twenty Senior Professional Public Adjusters throughout the world. This designation has distinguished him to be considered an expert in the top 1% of the public adjusting community.
