I attended a party here, I wish I had not, I feel for the host to have it turn out to be such a disaster. A message to the owner stop letting children run your business. Your attitude is disgustin especially when a guest is not happy. You are not professional and it shows.

I had a party here it was absolutely terrible, they ran out of alcohol and food. The owner promises you an amazing party but you will never receive one. It’s like the oher review says it’s run by children.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star, but that’s not an option. I attended a party here last weekend and was completely dissatisfied with the service, drinks, food, and management. First off the party was being run by a bunch of children that didn’t know how to run and manage a party. The bartender who was also very young looking had no clue how to make any drinks. We pay for an open bar and the bartender can’t make a Cosmo? It’s three ingredients. When guests at the party asked for drinks he admitted to not knowing how to make anything and said it wouldn’t be good if he tried. I don’t understand how this kid was the bartender of a cocktail party. What I found to be really rediculous was that he had no clue how to make drinks, the party was charged 20% gratuity and $ 100 bartender fee and this kid had the nerve to put a sign on the bar saying, «make sure you tip, I pay my own college tuition» I found that to be very tacky and unprofessional. And if you are in such need for tip money to pay for college then know how to make drinks. After complaints about the boy bartender a young woman with no personality jumped behind the bar to help. She made drinks minus the alcohol. So if you are looking to waste money on an open bar with terrible drinks this is the place for you. The food that they served was nothing special, people were complaining all night about food quality and quantity. At the end of the night the children running the party started to harass one of the women claiming they had 13 more people at the party then they paid for, which was not true. I assume the owner likes to harass his parties for a few extra bucks so he has his children employees make fake head counts, beware if you have a party here that’s not a sit down. I couldn’t believe the nerve of these children employees trying to harass for more money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, there are better places on the island for your money, don’t waste it here.

if no stars was an option that’s what I would leave. there was not enough food
for everyone and when I told one of the waiters I was told that I need to stop complaining. the host was furious and embarrassed while her guest went hungry. I know the host very well and she said she was lied to about the amount of alcohol and food present. Do yourself a favor and throw your party ANYWHERE else!

I just had my daughters 18^th surprise birthday party here, and words can not describe how pleased I was. The place is gorgeous, and the people are fantastic. All I had to do was pick the food items off the menu, then sit back and relax till the day of the party. She had the best time, and said it was better than her sweet 16. I highly recommend Ruby Falls for all occasions. Thanks for a great experience!
