Signature Auto Group

The one reason why this place doesn’t get 1 star is because my issue was eventually resolved by someone other than the actual salesman — even the main office «manager» was jerking us around for weeks after I leased my car!
The lease on my Nissan Rogue was ending. I went to Signature Auto Group requesting a 2015 Juke. The salesman, (Max) assured me of the following:
— I’d have a 2015 Nissan Juke
— It would have a Sirius radio — first 6 months «free»
— It would have the trunk cover
— My last month payment on my Rogue would be paid by Signature
So, what happened?
I did NOT get a 2015, no Sirius radio and no trunk cover!
After much negotiating, I agreed to sign the lease for a 2014, with the understanding that Max would install the Sirius radio and order the trunk cover.
Needless to say, it never happened!
Twice, on two separate occasions, he took my car into Brooklyn «to have the Sirius xm installed».
The second time, I thought to ask him to text me a photo of the radio before it was installed.
Good thing too, because it turned out to be a cheap $ 89 HD stereo which was NOT what I agreed to.
Again, after much aggravation, it was agreed that I would purchase the stereo myself and Signature would pay $ 250 towards the purchase.
I bought the Sirius xm radio — which I must now have installed.
By that time, I received a bill from Nissan requesting payment for the Rogue!
Yes, you guessed it, they didn’t pay the last payment as promised!
In the meantime, I’m being jerked around for the money for the stereo — by management — one excuse/​delay after another!
Eventually, after much MORE aggravation, it was settled in that I received a check for the stereo, including the last payment on my old lease.
In sum, I had a very bad experience.
