First of all it’s Staten Island! That should say it all.
I had to drop someone off in SI early morning, and didn’t have time to get coffee in BK.
I finally found this Starbucks after 10 minutes of circling around a few blocks.
They only have half the Starbucks menu. They don’t offer the same drinks as Brooklyn. They actually don’t offer any seasonal items.
The cashier was nice and friendly but that’s about it. Nothing about this Starbucks will make me come back here anytime soon.

After not coming here in over a year, I was back two days in a row. I forgot that this particular branch can be fairly pleasant to sit at. The drinks are up to the standards you’d expect.

Staff is nasty. Throw things on the counter like they hate there job. They talk to one another about you in front of you. Starbucks is great but I’ll never order from this disgusting location again

Good coffee, TERRIBLE SERVICE. I came in here, paid for $ 20 worth of drinks and asked for a «puppucino» not knowing you can’t get one. So all you have to say is «I’m sorry we don’t do that here» not «we don’t give it for free» did I not pay for my drinks? «Whatever you do with your dog is your business» did I ask for your opinion on my life? And then huffing and puffing. Complaining to the manager was fruitless. But last time I checked when you work in customer service you say sorry/​please/​thank you and try a smile. The 2 short dark haired Caucasian girls– let’s learn some manners. Went in there recently only to have them whispering to their coworker about my complaint. Didn’t realize high school never gave out. I gave an extra star because morning service is always great. Gus and the team are always on top of it all. I had been getting my drinks made by them for years. Too bad the rest of them can’t get it together. Not worth coming back.

One of the very few Starbucks locations we have here in Staten Island. I obviously love the coffee and products. The baristas are okay. I’ve come here in the late afternoon/​evening times. The thing that annoyed me about the baristas here, and it’s happened on more than one occasion, when I asked for a new milk container the barista on the floor says ask behind the counter I can’t get it for you now. I ask behind the counter that barista tells me to ask another like really cmon none of you can’t take a few seconds and reach in the fridge?!?

Coffee is great here! Only negative experience was when I was searching for gloves I Thot I had left behind, the young girl I asked was a little snitty with me. I asjed about the gloves, and rather than say she’d check like I expected, she gave a curt NO and kept on sweeping the floor. Wasn’t customer sensitive at all. Other than HER, people behind counter and register friendly in general.

It does really depend on when you come. During the rush hours of early morning-​afternoon it can be a madhouse, and due to all the ridiculous food items, it’s just like any other starbucks (really really slow service), but this isn’t due to the employees.
I give it 3 stars because I cant bring myself to give it 4 stars, but 3.5 is probably more appropriate. The baristas are nice and helpful, just overwhelmed.
Accomodations are very good, wifi (sometimes it goes out, but you get what you pay for I guess), and desk/​chairs/​big table/​bar is the most I’ve seen in a starbucks.

All Starbucks prices are pretty much the same, so there’s no point in crossing the threshold if you’re not prepared to pay at least $ 3 for your coffee beverage. The bagel store in the same mini mall has decent hot and iced coffee for 1 – 2 $. But you don’t want run of the mill deli coffee! You want venti double shot skinny vanilla lattes! Which this Starbucks will make for you quickly and efficiently.
I’m never in here during «rush» times, only weekends (there are some teenagers, but they by no means over run the place) and in the late morning or afternoon, the line moves quickly and is much shorter than other Starbucks I’ve waited in.

Worst starbucks experience ever! There were 4 baristas (one on his cellphone while prepping a drink) and the line was so slow! When you come in asking for a simple iced coffee with soy and hazelnut syrup you don’t assume anyone can mess that order up but they sure did. Not only did the barista first mess up on the size, charge me extra for the soy milk, she didn’t add the hazelnut!

Employees cursing at each other in front of customers. Sometimes you get good service, sometimes not. The employees also use the tables and furniture as a stock room, spreading and sorting through merchandise all over the seating area. I get the same drink every time i go in there and it always tastes different. The big Starbucks honchos in Seattle need to send somebody out to straighten up this place.
Oh, and avoid this place on the weekend when every angst-​ridden teenager is hanging out in it.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this Starbucks. In the past I’ve even taken some school work along and holed myself up at a table in the corner or by the window. The parking lot is small and shared with 3 other businesses so beware!

I love Starbucks, so i will try to be gentle, but this location leaves much to be desired. Service is slow in the mornings, with the line almost always reaching the door. On weekend evenings the place is swarmed with giggling teenage girls and annoying skateboarding boys.

** 5 stars on a Starbucks scale **
Free Wifi! Friendly service and the baristas seem to know the regulars and their drinks. Being a past barista, I know that makes a difference to the patrons. I actually like the «weird» layout of the store with the two different areas of tables. Since I came here to plop myself down and get work done, I appreciate the side where you don’t see the bar and people putting milk/​sugar in their drinks. I’m a sucker for people watching, so having space in an alcove-​like area makes the environment more conducive for concentrating (although you can hear all the orders yelled in Staten Island accents). There are also plenty of outlets from what I see, so it’s easy to plugin a device. Clean bathrooms that don’t smell like urine. Great Starbucks… On the opposite spectrum when compared to the ones in Manhattan.

Staff is great, and drinks are consistent, but it may be the most awkward store layout I’ve ever seen at a Starbucks. The register is tucked away on the right, with tables oddly scattered throughout the place. Only 2 – 3 outlets in the whole shop so don’t plan to come here to work. Wi-​fi is also spotty and its freezing in the winter. No complaints about the baristas — simply some bad design/​ambiance decisions that take away from the experience.

I am such a creature of habit that when they see me walk in, they start making my coffee even before I order it. Talk about customer service! LOVE. The staff here are also so very friendly.
