Honestly I should have known better than to trust anything from Staten Island. They charge for services but do not deliver.
When we tried to dispute the charges and contest them we had to go through numerous back channels. Even after providing emails and information on what was not done they would not acknowledge neglect on their part.
On top of the bad communication and neglect they put us on a collection agency. Stay away from these shady people!

The customer service stinks! I gave my carrier extra time to deliver the paper. When I called to report that it had not come and entered all required information, I was told to call back tomorrow. I want tonight’s paper with the ads!!!

The quality of this local paper has went down substantially since the donning of digital media. Though there are a few good writers, the higher ups and their liberal agenda really take away from their writers work. I recommend that you look elsewhere when looking for local news, even if the have the market cornered, due to lack of competition.

Are you kidding? One of the worst reporting newspaper. Unbelievable. They need to train their reporters and editors allot better. I have living in Staten Island since the early 60’s and the paper was much better than. Good thing Mr. Diamond is not around to see this circus.
