The level of service at this car wash is steadily declining… The attention to detail and amount of effort that made this an amazing place to have your car cleaned is simply not there anymore. The staff is grouchy (to say the least), and they are not doing a good job of doing the simple things well (like thoroughly cleaning the mats, and wiping the door sills). When politely inquiring about whether they can please take a moment and wipe a specific part of the interior (like the cupholders), the immediate response was that I should pay for a more expensive cleaning. Additionally, putting Armor-​All on my tires was an afterthought that I had to mention even though I paid for it… There is a lot of room for improvement here, I hope they get it together.

I have been coming to this car wash because of the convenience in proximity to my home. As stated before by another reviewer the workers here are acting like they’re doing you a favor by washing your car that you are paying for!
I brought my brand new car to this wash a few weeks ago, and had the regular inside and outside wash done. Before bringing my car i had noticed a spot on the trunk where there was bird poo, as it sticks out on my red exterior paint. The car went through the wash (which they don’t even do well) and when i brought it home noticed scratching in the exact spot on my trunk where the bird poo was.
I called them immediately, and was received by an attitude from the girl answering the phone. ‘Well theres no way to tell it was us’. After explaining to her id prefer to speak to the owner/​manager she reluctantly took my information and promised the owner would call me. 3 days go by, 4 days go by, no call. Finally i decide to call again, and was put in touch with the owner terrence. He said to bring the car by they would wash it and try to buff it out for me.
I show up the day he told me to come, low and behold terrence is no where to be found. The girl behind the desk calls terrence, who puts me in touch with an extremely rude worker, who seemed to be hassled by the fact that i was there, and upset that him or his co-​workers scratched my brand new $ 45 000 car
The buff job he provided was a JOKE, and did nothing. When I asked him he gave me an attitude, said thats all i can do and left me hanging outside while he went inside, un-​phased. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I left and called terrence, who all of a sudden began to backpedal about setting the situation right. He asked me to send him a picture of it, which i did and was responded with ‘impossible my shop did this’, and told me to bring it somewhere else to get it fixed, and very non-​committal about taking care of the expense with a ‘well see what happens kind of attitude’.
This was the last straw, and i informed him ill no longer be a patron to his business, to which he responded calling me a ‘true gentleman’
This place is ran like a circus, the car wash isnt even worth the money, and the workers have an attitude, not to mention an owner who called a customer a liar.
My friend had a beats external speaker stolen out of his car at this wash a few months ago, and when he told me this I should of stayed away at all costs.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Imagine getting your car washed by workers with an attitude like they are doing you a favor. I went there even after my friend said they took something pretty valuable out her glove compartment. The wash was not as good as especially the car wash on victory and richmond. I will go out of my way and go there instead.

Not shore about the detailed work in and out I had a bad experience with Bloomingdale car wash. I have a real good place now. OK back to car wash I took there unlimited for a month number 3 package. That’s a great deal. So I like it.

Went again. Just as bad and was the only car there. The owner is really nice. But nice isn’t going to clean my car. They do NOT do the inside. Vacuum and that’s it. I get so mad. I’m done with this place.

The quality of the car wash is very good but the false and inconsistent advertisement for their DoubleTakeOffers is disturbing.
1) At the car wash they charge $ 16 for a Super Bath Car wash. Yet in the DoubleTakeOffers ad they say the value of the certificate is $ 18 in the headline and later describe the certificate value to be $ 19. Well, which is it: $ 16 or $ 18 or $ 19?
2) They claim you get rain insurance but the cashier denied the rain check to me because «it was a DoubleTake deal» and she was instructed by her boss not to honor the rain insurance for DoubleTake customers. The sign at the car wash clearly states that the customer must show their receipt to honor the rain insurance but the truth is that they keep the receipt and attach it to the DoubleTake certificate for their own records!
3) They advertise that their hours are from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Mon to Sat). Yet, on Monday March 17, 2014 they were closed before 4:15 PM when I arrived to use my last certificate which would expire on the next day. The temperature that day was 36 degrees and it had not rained or snowed for days. Was it not convenient that they closed early on the last day of that particular certificate program.
You purchase certificates but the Super Bath Car Wash does not abide by their own rules and policies.

Nice workers here and did a good job cleaning my job but I still had some streaks on my mirrors and its kind of pricey too. I also didn’t like they didn’t clean my cup holders out. I would come back when they have specials or if I really need it but I would not pay more than $ 10 for it!

I don’t know if I just had a bad experience because the car wash was closing in 20 minutes, or they always do a terrible job. Upon arriving, I asked if they do a hand wash and they told me they do, but It costs $ 35. I thought that was kind of pricey, but I figured they must do a great job! They finished the car wash in about 2 minutes and left the rims filthy! Since it is an SUV they didn’t even bother to attempt to wash or dry the roof. The towels they use left pieces of lint all over the car, and especially the windows, which were full of steaks from dirty towels and not using window cleaner. They were also supposed to clean the inside dash, which was never done. I would never return to this car wash, and if this is how they do business, I have no idea how they are still open!

Decent prices to get your car washed and groupon deals make it even sweeter! Came with my sister to get her car washed yesterday. She is very particular about her car and always looks over it with a fine tooth comb. Staten Island Auto Bath is a great place to get an awesome car wash, thorough, fast, and at a great price! I want to take my car here everytime I visit!

Decent wash at Groupon Price, but I’d be let down if I paid full price.
The groupon I purchased got me 5 super bath washes for $ 32 ($ 7 a wash). The super bath includes vacuum interior, 4 mats, clean windshield /​dash (dash wiped but no armor all on dash or seats), triple polish foam, wheel cleaner, armor all tires and sealer and spray wax. It normally costs 16 car /​19 truck.
After each was from there I notice these small grayish clay like specks all over my car which must be one of the products they use not being wiped off before drying. They have also slightly rolled my windows down while drying the car causing streaks on the glass which annoys me. The car does look pretty good afterwards (but my car is sexy anyway) — but I wouldn’t pay full price for this wash, I’d go to Tottenville Auto Spa instead.

They do a great job on the car for a machine car wash in a fast amount of time. I used to take my old car that was lowered less than an inch off the ground and they washed it by hand for me. Came out great. Sometimes they have Groupons so look out for deals.

Not a bad place to do a car wash. Will come back again soon.

By far the Best Car wash I use. The workers always make sure to never miss a spot. The staff is very kind. There are a lot of positives and this place should strive w/​time. My car always come out looking amazing after a wash. The fact that all the machines are new means cleaning job is excellent.
