Td Bank

I always went to this bank. I have multiple accounts and they always serviced me with a smile & nice greetings! The staffs changed since then. Now it feels more business then before when t felt a bit more personal! Knowing people sometimes helps with taking care of issues! And this bank did more things for me then the other one on Forest Ave.

I’ve been banking with TD for a few years now. I just started a new job in Staten Island after working in Manhattan for a few years, so I went to this branch on my lunch break to quickly deposit a check. My quick visit turned into a 40 minute ordeal. I went to deposit my check in the ATM, but the ATM wouldn’t accept my check so I had to go into the branch. My card never came back out, so now I had a new problem as well. The teller was very friendly, but as for the Assistant Manager, Jessica, I can’t say the same. The attitude I got from her and the way she brushed me off was appalling. She could care less about my time or the fact that I was a loyal TD customer.
Replacing someone’s debit card takes all but 3 – 5 minutes, tops. Instead, I got to waste my entire lunch break waiting. The best part, she wouldn’t put a sign on the ATM warning customers that it’s not functioning correctly. They’re not allowed to, apparently. Whether that’s true or not, I don’t know. What I do know is that I will never bank and this branch again. Stay away and give your business to a branch that will take care of you.

I come here often just to count coins… if you have a card for TD bank card counting coins are free of charge… The service here is such a pain in the ass… for some reason every time I’m here I always fill up the coin machine… I ask them to fix it there’s always this 30min to an hour wait really annoying… I’m here just to count coins not to wait forever… There’s a big parking lot… theres always parking… yes there’s bathrooms… Weekends they close extremely early expically on Sundays 3:00 pm… this place is always busy on the weekends… weekday they close at eight pm which is a reasonable time… They have a big staff… four offices… and two coin counters… this place always give out free pens and candy… such as lollipop and TD bank pens…

I needed to speak to a person behind the desk rather than a teller because I needed to open an account for my daughter. I bank at Chase but I was required to open an account at TD for my baby so I had no choice but to go there. FIrst of all — only two people were working the desks & there was 5 people in front of me. One person was knowledgable & the other seemed like he was new & asking the knowledgable one for a lot of information. She was helping him & her customers at the same time. Once I was seen she was very helpful & nice but they definitely need more people behind those desks. Too much of a busy branch to only have two people.

Rude rude rude!!! Teller was quite nice but did not know to much called the mgr who was sitting with no clients by herself asked her a question and not only did she not know what she was saying she had no desire to even get up or ask questions she just shut it down… Great job TD need a new team in this joint not really sure if I even trust these people with my hard earned cash, they are dopes and do not even care about there jobs… I will take my BUSINESS account and bring it to another bank.

Customer service is great. Drive thru is awesome and fast.
