I take the kettlebell kickboxing class on the weekends. It totally kicks my butt in the best way. Instructors are upbeat and energetic and really get you motivated to push yourself. Can’t wait to try other classes

Classes aren’t bad, but a very haphazard schedule that seems to fluctuate quite a bit. Just one or two classes offered on most days, some days none at all. There isn’t much consistency with times making it tough for busy people to fit workouts into their daily routines belonging only to this gym. Parking is also lousy on this busy commercial strip.
