This review is for PINK. The girls in pink are always so rude and never make you feel welcome. All they do is stand in a circle, gossip, and stare you down like they are better than you. Nothing but snobby girls. Needs better management.

Ok… yeah .I’m a guy. but hear me out… I talked my wife into stopping in to see how the staff in this store is, long story short… my wife has been to several locations… Atlantic City and woodbridge mall… and always it was the same… stuck up, snobby, teenage anorexics that looked at us like we were common trash… well. they lost out on a big sale…
Anyway…after getting her to go in… we met the manager Sara and she was an absolute sweetheart, she sent my wife off with Kayla and they disappeared amd did their thing… never saw my wife more happy in that store. she was measured… and the staff there was outstanding … nice 300.00 sale… so from my perspective. it’s was an awesome experience and they didn’t make me feel awkward standing around in the middle of the store… 5 stars and my wife can’t wait to go back

The new victoria secret is beautiful but this review is for PINK. PINK at this location probably has the most rudest staff ever. They dress like slobs. They are nasty and dont help at all. I will never step foot to this mall or this store ever. Jersey is much better

I like the new look of this VS. They are moving the PINK line across the way, in a separate location, but it looks like every other VS store now. It has a more sexy feel and really displayed their lingerie nicely. It looks much bigger inside, which is good, since the old store was a little cramped. Love the new look!

Loving the new renovation !! They expanded this place… this store now only sells bras and VS stuff… they move the PINK to a whole new store, which is cool… that means more products, more room to walk around and not so cramped up anymore… i remember i use to bumped in to a lot of people while shopping at pink clothing line there area was so small… The store walls use to be all pink now they decorated it black and the lighting makes you want to go inside lol… it was defiantly cleaner and more organized then before… we will see what happens in a few mouths…

They just renovated this place and made it much bigger and really nice actually but the only down fall is that they took out the PINK section and moved it to a new location which is way far in the mall from the VS and the store is not so great neither.
I usually shop here for PINK and I think most of the customers do too and the new PINK store is def. not a PINK store, its in an old store that went out of business and it still has all the furniture and décor of the old store which sucks and I came here for the semi annual sale and of course there was barely anything here! WOMP WOMP. I hope there renovating and fixing up this store cause then there really is no point in coming to this VS.
The new VS is really nice from the set up and the bra/​underwear draws, fitting room, registers and the lightening. But I need my PINK!

I’m a big fan of VS but not of this particular store. Out of all the VS I’ve been to, this one seems to be the smallest. The sales girls are always helpful & always waiting for someone to ask for their help. Sometimes their line is a bit crazy & they could use more registers. I prefer to shop online when it comes to VS, but this isn’t the worst store. It just needs to be a bit bigger.

Upon entering the store I was immediately greeted by a wonderful salesperson who was extremely attentive. I was visiting today to have my bra sized measured. She performed the measurement immediately and accurately. She then proceeded to ask me questions about the types of bras I’d be interested to try on. She was very quick to satisfy my requests and called to the lady at the fitting room to let her know that I would arrive to try on my items. Overall this location was very clean, organized and inviting. Thanks.

forget it im taking my business else where. associates behind the register can’t do their jobs. turned down one of my online returns saying tag number doesnt match my invoice. then tells me to call customer service saying they gave me the wrong info. when i do they tell me its the routing number and store should have accepted it. not only that they discriminate certain race to hire their employees. i applied there 3 times and never gave me a call. horrible customer service they stand around and talk and go by what they no not even gonna try to call a supervisor to help them. instead they ask for other employees to help them go by the same rule. but supervisor or manager should no better so they should have asked their managers for help instead of other employees. they lost another customer there. i rather go to lexington than invest my money in that garbage store

Not a bad store location. It’s probably one of the better stores in the Staten Island mall. The staff here is usually pretty helpful. I love their catalog and I wish their stores would carry some of it. I love their fragances and the location here in the mall has a pretty decent section since they have a stand alone store. It’s not as good a selection as the one at 34^th street but it’s still not bad.

Well, since their bras do not do my justice I mainly buy my body-​beauty products here: bath soap, scrubs, hair products, lotions and perfumes.
Speaking of perfumes I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the scent «very sexy hot.»
I came here last night to utilize an extravagant Hanukkah gift; A $ 100.00 gift certificate. So I bought glitter sprays, hair serum and this perfume gift set: Perfume and lotion. The scent has reminiscences of the original «very sexy» however this one is lustier and fruitier.
Guys: great gift for your girlfriend
Girls: good to use if you are seeking something different.
