Mr. Leininger has 36 years experience concentrated in Divorce and Family Law matters involving substantial assets, custody disputes, Medical and Dental practices and Civil Service pensions, including New York City teachers, and New York City Police and New York City Fire Department members and their spouses.

We are NOT a «Full Service» law firm. We ONLY handle Divorce, Family Law and Divorce Mediation matters in New York, New Jersey and Florida.

History

Established in 1981.

Mr. Leininger is a New York City who attended Regis High School, St. Francis College and the Fordham Law School, where he graduated with the rank of #1 in his Evening Divosion Class of 1974. In 1978 he joined a small boutique Matrimonial law firm on Fifth Avenue in Manahhattan and after three years learning his trade as a Matrimonial attorney, he founded his own law firm in Staten Island in 1981. His law firm is one of the few law firms in Staten Island that practice Family Law exclusively.

Mr. Leininger has lectured on Divorce and Family Law for over 30 years and has appeared on such National TV shows as CBS Morning News, NBC Today Show, the Phil Donahue Show, etc.
