History
Established in 1984.
Darrell Marshall began building new homes with his father, Ivan Marshall, in the 1970s. They formed Marshall Construction in 1984. In 1994, Ivan retired, and Darrell’s wife, Traci, came on board as partner. The name was changed to Marshall Home Construction, LLC, in 2003.
