The Olde Staunton Inn

Came here with the beau after a camping trip and boy was it just what we needed. We happened to be the only guests in the house (it was a Wednesday) and we were welcomed into the beautiful home and its many quiet nooks. A beautiful library with comfy seating areas is where I spent some time during the evening thunderstorm, as well as the bright sunny living room on the pouf the next morning before breakfast. It was such a relaxing place to read and slow down for a bit.
Breakfast was a feast! Fruit, yogurt, granola, little fritattas, homemade scones, jams, butter, tea, coffee, juice. There was nothing more you could possibly want.
A guest fridge for leftovers from the local restaurants. Walking distance to downtown.
