We are a real estate team specializing in luxury resort real estate in the Steamboat Springs area. History

Established in 2007.

John has been a 20 year resident of Steamboat and has been a very active member of the community. He has been teaching snowboarding at the Steamboat Ski Area for the past 17 seasons. Recently, he transferred his love of Steamboat into real estate helping people find a home in the Yampa Valley.

Di has been an escrow closer for title companies in Steamboat Springs since 2001. Seeing the back end side of real estate transactions has truly prepared her to be the first contact with buyers and sellers because she understands the market. She is definitely one who connects with people and focuses on what they really want and need.
