Room To Move is a home for businesses and artists. Whether you would like to teach weekly classes, rehearse, host a workshop, master class, pop up retail, trunk shows, craft fairs, meetings or a party, we could be the place for you! Finding a quality space can be difficult. Starting and running a business from scratch is hard. Working together makes it easier. You have the vision, we have the room! With the addition of our sister business, Dressed To Groove, we offer a new venue of supporting the community and local artists ~ Retail…

Founded in the hope of keeping arts and culture alive in the far south suburbs, we aim at maintaining and nurturing an artist community. Together we are committed to providing affordable classes, quality studio space, events & performance opportunities to the community at large.

History

Established in 2009.

Room To Move was formed 2009 as an artist and independent instructor co-​op. When our only local, traditionally run, dance studios closed its doors, it left quite a few dance and drum instructors ‘homeless’. With that, the idea of a studio co-​op was born.

Business Owner

Established Ballet Instructor, Loren opened Room To Move Studio in 2009. Room To Move serves as a home for her own ballet program ‘Barre None Ballet’ as well as many other independent dance and fitness programs. Loren has a long history of supporting local businesses and supporting the community as a whole.
