I brought my two Pomeranians in for grooming and was very pleased with the experience. Laura greeted me and was very professional, ensuring she understood exactly how I wanted my dogs groomed. I received a call from Mary the groomer who was following up to ensure she understood perfectly. Then when I picked up the dogs Mary had done an expert job and walked the dogs out to ensure I was happy with her work. I am very satisfied with Country K9, their staff was courteous, professional, capable, and the services were affordable. Im not going anywhere else from now on.

I dropped my dog off with instructions to give him his medicine. They never gave him any meds. They said they didn’t know how to explain how this was missed. I am confused how it was when the meds were placed in with his food in a bin. Makes me wonder if they even fed him. I would NEVER USE this kennel EVER.
