Established in 2000.

A Better Way Bankruptcy was founded on the desire to actually SERVE our clients. All the founding members had come from large bankruptcy firms, some «mills», where the client was secondary to everything else. Bankruptcy is a hard enough ordeal for most people, dealing with attorneys and staff that treat you like a second class citizen was something we could not tolerate.

Here we are a family business and we treat everyone like a member of our family.

Meet the Business Owner

Lyle L.

Business Owner

Lyle has been specializing in bankruptcy law for over 22 years. He is a University of Michigan graduate (go Blue!) with a double major in history and psychology. He received his law degree from the Detroit College of Law and was admitted to the Michigan Bar in 1986.

With the amount of detail and thoroughness needed for the successful management of your bankruptcy in this new age of restrictions and complexities imposed by the new law, put into effect on October 17, 2005, Lyle limits his practice to bankruptcy exclusively.
