If I can give no stars I would such a waste of time blood results took 3 weeks till they came out their lab (Detroit bio) is so cheap they send the results to different labs cause they don’t do half of the blood tests so it takes forever until you get your results. Front desk are so stupid they don’t know what they are doing. If you ask a question 50% they don’t know how to answer it. They don’t do anything unless you tell them to do it, like you work there. They barely send anything to my other doctor when the doctor tells them to send it. unless I call them multiple times and tell them to send them. The doctors are ok. phlebotomist is great she knows what she’s doing and never hurts when she draws the blood. The only thing that bother me is the lab and the front desk how rude and stupid they are
