I took my shirts there largely from a convenience factor; the location was an easy access point. I overlooked the pressed wrinkles in my shirts on a few occasions, but when I picked up my cleaning and a shirt was returned with bleach spots on it, I had enough. I returned and asked what they could do to remedy the situation and I was essentially called a liar, with the staff noting that they «don’t use any bleach.» The best offer I received was a $ 20 store credit, for them to, in turn, ruin more of my custom-​made shirts. No thank you. I will happily drive the 20 minutes to my old cleaners and pay twice the price for quality.
