Fencing Solutions

This place started out great. The sales professional who came to my house was nice and listened to what we wanted, and the contractors that installed the fence were also great. Our fence is under a lifetime warranty and in storms some of the vinyl fence post caps blew off our fence and away from our yard and our neighbors’ and were lost. I have been trying for 10 months to try and contact them about it and every time I call their number (586−275−1015) it is a busy signal. The other numbers often associated with them (586−524−0081, 586−690−6530, 586−806−7531) is for a voicemail for «Patrick Baker with Fencing Solutions» and his mailbox has also been full for months. I left a voicemail with him long before it was full and never received a call back. I have also emailed them twice at their email on the site (which is wrong in the link above the true site is:
) and never gotten a response back as well.
I have no idea what is going on here but if you want a fence with a company that cares to back up their warranty and service, don’t come here. Once your fence is in, they disappear.
