found out after they charged my card that they need a 200 $ deposit to rent. won’t accept debit, won’t accept cash, won’t accept any other credit cards. then i have to call corporate myself to have them resolve the payment they already reaped from me. i now have no car for my wedding day. the overpaid rat behind the counter had the nerve to be all happy and said have a nice day, knowing how angry i was. on top of this, the car i rented wasn’t available, and the one they are trying to give me is a down grade that i would’ve had to wait half an hour for and not be compensated for. corporate will be hearing from me and i will be bashing this horrible company until I’m compensated for this.

Really bad customer service. One of the representatives (white guy-​had no name badge) at this location is really rude. I was shouted at and asked to get out of the location just for letting them know that the vehicle they provided had issues. I also saw him speaking in the same manner to another lady that was a customer. Certainly not the way to deal with paying customers.
Recommendation: Go somewhere else to get your rental.

I will never go with them the manager it’s a square person he it’s a closed mind I prefer to buy a car… I just bought a car instead to rent a car because he don’t help me with my debit car he is to square person and he even trade me like a stupid he say if you come with a driver license without you name I will not give to you a car but I have my name in my driver license and everything my passport my visa with my address and everything but he couldn’t help me to find another way to rent the car… Also he log to his office and give to me the back as I was talking with him it’s very unrespectful to do that to any person even if I’m Mexican, brown or whatever Hertz need to train him in modals and customer service.

My car came with jumper cables and a few days later the battery died. I doubt this is a coincidence. Since the only other reviewer also had a problem with his car I can only assume this is typical of this hertz. I’d suggest going some where else.

Good rates. Bad car!
Booked a car for 5 days for the thanksgiving weekend. Had to wait a while to get the car when we went to pick up the car. I guess that’s understandable given the holiday timing. The car we got finally had a airbag malfunction light on throughout our drive. Would be better if they could check these items before renting the cars out.
