Our office specializes in the Chiropractic Treatment of people in every stage of life, who are interested in both the treatment of current health problems, as well as those who are concerned with overall wellness. We also offer Massage Therapy to further your relaxation and well-​being.

Dr. Lauren Gomes is experienced in caring for patients of all ages using a variety of chiropractic manipulation techniques. She offers both manual adjustments as well as gentle tool adjustments to fit the specific needs of each patient. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff would be happy to answer any questions you may have or schedule you for a complimentary consultation with Dr. Gomes.

Our office is open Monday through Friday for Regular Appointments, Same Day Call-​In Appointments, and Walk-​Ins. Saturday are available by appointment only.

History

Established in 2014.

Dr. Lauren Gomes graduated Valedictorian from Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida Campus in October of 2013. Modern Family Chiropractic opened its doors in November of 2014 in Dr. Gomes’ home town of Sterling Heights, Michigan. Our office located on the North Side of 19 Mile Road, just East of Schoenherr.

Dr. Lauren Gomes graduated Valedictorian from Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida campus in 2013. During her studies, Dr. Gomes had the opportunity to travel to Bahia, Brazil to treat patients and broaden the reach of chiropractic internationally.

Prior to attending Palmer College of Chiropractic, Dr. Gomes graduated from Michigan State University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology.

Before deciding to become a chiropractor, Dr. Gomes worked in a chiropractic office as the office manager. She experienced first hand the benefits of chiropractic care and decided to pursue a career in the field.
