horrible company. will never return calls their supposed expert roof is falling off. never call this company they will not return your calls for warranty work. they are expert scam artists.

Purchased a non-​clogging gutter for the front of our very tall house. Was initially installed incorrectly, took 2 mos. for them to come out and tell us that. Took another 4 mos. to actually get it replaced. Always an excuse, employee’s car broke down (numerous times), employee sick, dispatch forgot to remind employee. Very unprofessional. After replaced, still had a problem so husband climbed up to take a look and found leftover clamps and other debris left inside the gutter, clogging the downspout. Very poor company.

Don’t ever call these people and ask for an estimate — they’ll never leave you alone! They’ve called me as many as 7 times in a day, and every time I ask to be removed from their calling list they give me a different excuse: their computer system is down (then how did they know to call me?), they just got the file, they’ll let their supervisor know, and many others. I may have to file a BBB complaint since I’m sick and tired of their marketing calls. I would certainly never hire them for any work since they display questionable ethics.

I’m still bitter about this. The company came out to take a look at our siding work and agreed that it was bad work and promised to fix it (also told me VERY unprofessionally that the guys that did the work were all fired — OK, good to know, but you still need to remedy the situation). Months later, after several calls with NO answers, we’re still waiting. I wish I could give this company zero stars.
