3.25 Stars A very decent alternative to Shatilla located in Sterling Heights, Palm Sweets has a dizzying bonanza of delectable Middle Eastern sweets. Came here twice — first to get some pastries and coffee and then the second time to get a gift basket. The sweets are very nice and slightly different from Shatilla so it is unfair to compare the two. It is an excellent place to get gift baskets too however, some of the gift baskets look pretty lame with the cheap shithole wines in them which tend to significantly reduce the quality. I am not asking for like a $ 50 bottle of wine in the basket — but at least put something other than Berringer in these baskets — it is blatantly obvious to anyone of how cheap those bottles of wine are — it basically trivializes the rest of the contents of the basket. I strongly suggest getting some wines from Whole Foods at just $ 7 – 10 dollars. It will look much better all around. Other than that, very friendly service, very delicious pastry and ice-cream selection, and definitely worth another visit.

Awesome place and very unique sweet shop. My son loves to look around and try different types of Baklava. Also try their smoothies and the spinach pie.

Yummy! Ordered the cream caramel and it was so darn good. A nice clean place to gather with friends. Prices are good also. I strongly recommend it

This is the perfect place to get all your Middle Eastern desserts, gelato, coffee, and smoothies! The interior is bright, clean, and has plenty of seating. The hours also blow me away. I can’t believe how late they stay open. It’s perfect for a late night snack attack.
