These guys are total crooks! When they sold me my phone (which had virtually no service, I was told that if I wanted to return it then I would have 7 days or 1 hour of talk time. I switched back to Verizon after 2 days. Because I live about 1 hour from the store, I called them and talked to Martin. He said not to worry, I could stop by at a later date because I had shut off service before the 7 days or 1 hour of talk time, When I showed up 3 days later, He said «too late «and his «boss» wouldn’t return any of my calls. I would rate this store a zero, but Unilocal only goes down to 1 star. Now I’m stuck with a phone I can’t use, but I will let everyone I know how dishonest they are.
