I started writing this in the Summer and for whatever reason I stopped halfway through. Ah well. Better late than never I suppose. When you ask for mustard on your Sammich and they think you said oregano, maybe you should consider retraining your employees. I’d understand the language barrier if I was dealing with your average foreign Subway employee, but this was your everyday ordinary run of the mill clueless teenage girl. She started to sprinkle the cannister on my sub and I quickly spoke up asking what that was and why she was putting it on my food. She looked up at me like a deer in the headlights, still shaking the herbs on my sub and said«…Uhhh it’s oregano.» I asked her to stop and how she mistook oregano for mustard and she just gave me that blank doe eye stare and proceeded to grab the mustard. No apologies, no offers to remake it, she just went on like it was business as usual. Seriously, if you are that disconnected and hate your job that much, is it really worth working there? I get it, jobs are tough when you are young with no experience, but put some effort into your work and even throw a fake smile in there if you have to. #FakeItTilYouMakeIt

They opened about 5 months back and the service and quality of the subs are excellent. This subway has a drive thru and is open 24 hours. Come here and enjoy.

This was my first drive thru subway experience. Don’t do it. I was excited to get a delicious sub, instead of the regular late night fast food chain… apparently the two girls working could care less. I could hear them bitching and gossiping through the drive thru box-and even honked my horn/drove around a couple times to get their attention. Each time I got nothing, no response. I was upset, and drove off to amazingly get exceptional customer service at a very popular chain drive thru. What cheeses me off the most is that with this horrible experience I emailed the company, and I have yet to hear back from the Manager or anyone regarding.
