After many years in the cleaning industry Carlos has been well praised in the community as being a very hard working and dedicated Supervisor. He inspects properties and buildings as if they were his own. Making sure nothing is missed and all of your personal expectations are met. Carlos spends alot of time personally with our teams to continue to bring new ideas and new levels of efficient, green, cleaning. All of our supervisors, managers, and owners can be found on the jobsites daily to make sure that everything is 100%.

I almost can’t believe this place is for real. I am another person stuck with a KGB deal. I have now had to get KGB involved and will see what the ultimate outcome is. Whatever it is though I am unlikely to change my review.
This is because, if you purport to be a business, you should have a working phone. Ideally, you should have a working phone that you answer, but if you are going to have an answering machine, it should at least not tell people that they cannot leave a message for you at this time.
If this phone is not in fact working, then you should answer your emails. Mine have gone ignored.
I am not blind to the fact that I may be getting ‘lesser’ treatment because I have a voucher, but I am a customer like anyone else, and might have been a repeat one if these people would answer their phone or emails. My apartment is enough of a mess and I now make enough money that I’m thinking of cleaning services as an option and was looking forward to trying this one. Extremely disappointed.

I purchased kgb deals for house cleaning. I have had three different dates and appointments scheduled with email confirmations for all the appointments. They were a «no-show» all three times. The owner/manager, Jenny Galindo does not return phone messages or emails. After the first two appointments when they didn’t show up, kgb got involved and then I heard from Jenny with their apologizes… I will never use this company again and I would not recommend them because they do not respond to phone messages or emails and they do not show up for scheduled/confirmed appointments. I am asking kgb for a refund.

I’ve already written KGB to ask for a refund for the deal I bought for A Clean Start. I scheduled an appointment with them on Saturday December 1 (after scheduling 2 weeks prior and receiving a confirmation email), and they no-showed. I called the number listed for the company and a woman answered the phone — when I asked if they would be coming (they were already 1 ½ hours late), she said she was driving and asked if I could call back. She never did.
I emailed that evening to ask if I could reschedule and received no response.
From what I understand after reading reviews, I can only expect that this company will continue no-showing.
A word to the wise to whoever owns this company: Honor scheduled appointments. If you can’t, at least let your customers know so they don’t sit around waiting for you.

I have not scheduled twice, and twice these folks have been an no show TWICE. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt the first time, but now I’m done. I will be requesting a refund for the voucher that I purchased.
Would not, could not recommend this business.

They finally responded to my email after a month or so; it’s fine since it was a medical emergency, or so the owner said. It’s obvious I’m doubtful since they scheduled me for today, and they didn’t show up. You can’t even leave voice messages on the phone they provide.
I guess I’ll be asking for my money back, but shame on them — people are very busy these days, they don’t have time to sit around and wait for 2 hours.

Update: the owner finally emailed me back after I got kgb involved. This was more than 24 hours after my missed appointment and my first message. Apparently, it was a scheduling mix-up, which is understandable. The not understandable part is not calling or emailing back immediately.

Our 15 year old basement berber carpet was years overdue for a cleaning. The last company had excuses for many of the stains not coming out. With 2 boys, a dog and a cat, this rug was nasty.
A Clean Start gave me a very reasonable estimate. They arrived when they said they would, were courteous, thorough and professional. Julio made our rug look amazing! He got all the stains out (metallic paint, hot chocolate, animal stains, etc etc etc.) The best part was that the carpet was ready to walk on — no hours of drying, no fans. The cleaning cost exactly what they said it would. They even took the stains out of two small bedroom rugs that I dragged down to the basement for the occasion.
I am no longer embarrassed to have guests down to the basement.
I highly HIGHLY recommend this company!
