Unfortunately, I had the experience of going to this shop. It was one of the worst customer service experiences that I encountered for the past 15 years. I don’t recommend and warn people to go to this place. The owner was not upfront with the disclaimers and blamed the provided parts for the issue that was brought up without even examining the issue beforehand. All he had to do was to listen and examine before any responds to my concern. What makes it even worse is the way he handled the criticism. The owner handled a simple issue/​concern/​question totally unprofessionally and not even close to a standard you expect from a business in this time and age.

My best friend recommended this place years ago, they’re kind honest courteous helpful and extremely reasonably priced. The only thing they can’t do is alignments so I take my car elsewhere for that. Been here many many times over the years and wouldn’t change that!

I used this place for tune ups and oil change and they are reasonable with time of repair and price. Yet to try them out for big ticket repairs !

This place is just the best. The woman who sold me her car also recommended this shop to me. Every time I have any problems I come here (unless the distance prevents me — I live in Centreville and go out of my way to come here).
the 1998 VW Beetle had a window that perpetually got stuck in the down position (fellow VW owners will probably know what I’m talking about). the part was expensive to replace since the car was pretty old (and a VW). When it broke down a few months later, they replaced it without charge. They have the cheapest oil change too. I’ve never trusted a mechanic in my life except for these guys.
They do get really busy on Saturdays, so come early on the weekdays if possible.

I’ve been to Adam Auto works for multiple minor issues. The owner Jamil is a friendly and very honest about the work needs to be done. He would tell you options to get parts and he would replace it for you.
He is busy in the weekend and getting parking is a problem. So you would avoid the waiting time by either call him in advance or go in the weekdays.
I have to tell you that oil change is not cheapest but for everything else you could definitely go there.
