My daughter was having a bad day and the her car battery died. She was frustrated
because she just picked up her car from the repair shop and dished out money to pay.
so money was tight. so when the car died, right at the parking lot of course she cried in frustration. Was not a good day for her. I dont remember the guys name (I think it was Micheal) that helped her at the auto zone, but he got her a deal on a new battery and installed it and made her feel better about her day. He went out of his way to help her and that made her feel good. Thank you for that. I recommend that place to everyone and I told my daughter that anytime we need anything for her car, we will go to him ONLY! I was so pleased at the way we were treated.

My first/​recent visit to this Sterling AutoZone was such a positive experience. I was not exactly enthusiastic about my «shopping «outing, but it was necessary. Sales associate, Michael, listened, researched, explained and personally went out to evaluate my car. Following my purchase, I left this facility impressed and would return in the future. I was visiting friends in Sterling, VA when my car battery died. I came to AutoZone, which has only been open for 3 weeks, and was greeted by enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. They helped me find and replace my battery. With a great warranty and price. Definitely make them your go to shop for auto parts!
