I would not step foot in this place! I tried to make an appointment based off of a recommendation and the person that answered the phone was SO rude. At least be polite to someone that is willing to give you money! The receptionist didn’t even use full sentences. I’m honestly offended by her lack of common courtesy and customer service.

Horrible customer service. Nail polish completely faded after three days and they had the nerve to charge me again for the service. I do not plan to return to this salon.

Our experience was not pleasant. I took my daughter for a manicure to cheer her up. She had not been feeling well. The staff was not friendly. I did not complain about the poor service because I did not want to make my child feel worse. I think the staff may have been fatigued. Nevertheless, kindness does not cost anything. I will not return.

Terrible service. I requested french tip and they came out uneven. The technician started playing on her iPad shortly after I was done and presumed to ignore me as soon as she finished. So I just sat there until my nails dried. Never going back there.

I visited for the first time recently on recommendation and it did not disappoint. Kayla did my mani pedi and she was charming and had great attention to detail so I was very happy. They were busy when I arrived so I grabbed a coffee and was seen to shortly after that. I will be back for sure!

Got a regular manicure here about a week or two ago with a guy manicurist. He was using those clippers that take away the dead skin — normally painless but with him this wasn’t the case. I noticed he kept clipping my nail beds despite the fact that there was a PILE of dead skin already piled on top of the plier-​like tool. I was flinching and even had to ask him to please clean it before continuing. He did. He cut my left middle finger and it bled. He did not apologize, just sheepishly looked at me and cleaned it. The actual manicure was fine, I think he only did one coat however. Will never go here again.

Stopped in this salon for a waxing on vacation and received the best service at a nail/​wax salon. Met Cindy who provider great customer service and was very gentle on my skin and gave good advice. I asked if she wanted to come back to Memphis with me (haha). If ever in this area I highly recommend this salon.

I love this place! Lynn and Linda do a great job with nails, design and pedicures! I especially love the cappuccino or spa pedicure. Lynn always does a great job on my gel nails and Linda does a great job on gel manicures and pedicures for my daughter. They both do great design work and are so good at making recommendations when I don’t know what I want. I go to see them every two weeks! The place is always clean and the staff is friendly. The pedicure chairs are brand new and the massage is heavenly! They have a lot of gel color options! I highly recommend this place! Be sure to make an appointment so you don’t have to wait, they can get very busy.

Do not go to this salon even if they paid you! I went in on 12÷26÷14 for a mani pedi for me and a mani for my little 6 yo niece. I was embarrassed by how badly we were treated. When we got there, there was no one at the reception, so we walked right in and this lady yells from the back where she is working on a customer’s toes asking us what we wanted. I come closer and told her what we wanted and before I could finish, she asks me to go on back and pick a color! She was clearly just interested in my money and not in giving me a good experience. I was so shocked, that we just walked out. We shopped around the mall and when done I decided to go back and tell them what horrible customer service skills they had. When we returned, there was this young lady at the reception desk and I told her what my experience was. She apologized and said that her colleague’s voice was naturally shrill and that she wasn’t yelling. She offered to do my nails and I told her they had to be great because I was attending my brother’s wedding! I did a gel manicure and it was the most sloppy job I have ever seen. She wasn’t bothered to completely remove the colored gel I had before, so my French gel manicure had spots of mauve. It was irregular, cracked after 2 days and foundation from touching my face seeped into the cracks and gave the French manicure a very dirty look. In short, I was overwhelmingly disappointed by the service of people who were supposedly making things right for poor customer service. I paid $ 68 for the worst possible job! You guys should close down. Do not waste your money! Never going back.

Very upset client here… I was at the mall shopping for an upcoming vacation and decided to come in and get my nails done. I started with a pedicure. It was done by a gentleman. I believe he may be the only man who works there. It was nothing spectacular, but for $ 28 I wasn’t expecting anything major. The polish he used was old. He didn’t use a thinner. He just kept polishing. Consequently, the finish was shotty. I was passed along to Lee who would be giving me a brand new set of gel nails. I’m not sure if she was being hasty, un knowledgeable or a combination of both. She piled on the gel and tried to smooth it down with the drum. At that point she was drilling on my skin and I was not hiding that I was in pain she did her best to ignore me until I pulled my hand away and stopped her. She then pointed out that my nails are tiny and that’s why she was using this «technique.» I am 30 years old and have had acrylics or gels for the better part of the last 15 years. I’ve NEVER been in this much pain, seen so called technique or had a worse job done. As I am also in the beauty industry I expected some sort of special treatment. Maybe just words from her manager or some sort of break. I was charged FULL PRICE… For awful service. Total was $ 72. $ 10 less than my usual nail salon. I will be paying more than $ 10 to get them fixed! As I expressed to Lee and I will repeat here, I will never be back. Save your time and money. Go somewhere, ANYWHERE else. My cuticles are still throbbing.
