Ugh. I despise this store! (Sarcasm). I go in looking for ONE thing and I typically leave with TEN items.
Naturally, stores like this are hit or miss but it’s been hit, hit and hit after hit.
Like a need another jacket? Boots? Tops? Nope but they’re so cute I just have to buy and buy.

Hey, it’s a Marshalls! It’s full of decent stuff at great prices. Was there with my 2 year old… he likes to say hello and wish everyone a good day. He got nothing but blank stares from the staff here… I’d go back, if I needed to.

My grandmother had an issue with returning a Calvin Klein shirt due to finding a tear in the sleeve when she took it out of the plastic. The manager on duty told her to contact Calvin Klein. WTF kind of service is that?! All she wanted to do was exchange it for one that wasn’t torn. Obviously this manager did not graduate from Marshall’s 101.

It’s a Marshalls, so you know the «treasure-​hunting» experience you’re getting in to.
As far as Marshalls’ go, this one is nice, new, and clean! Can’t ask for much more than that.

Great customer service. I love the house ware section, the shoes (always find cute shoes for myself, my 2 year old and my 5 year old), the ladies’ clothes and the kids’ toys and clothes. This is probably my favorite Marshall’s ever.

So I have already posted reviews for the local Marshall’s stores that I shop at (Fairfax and Leesburg). They are all pretty much the same. However, this is definitely the best location of Marshall’s out of the three. I always seem to luck out at this location (maybe because of the location, there is less traffic in the store).
I do agree with Bethany’s review… I think the service could definitely use some improvement as far as the service goes. But it’s kind of what I come to expect from these stores.
