Regal Moving and Storage

DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! When they came for my move they were so late, that I couldn’t stay to supervise and they left a third of my stuff behind! Then they got lost finding my new apartment for TWO HOURS! It was only 15 minutes away. Then they locked their paperwork in the old place and we had to go back and get it. That was when I discovered how much had been left behind. They said that because it was too late, they would have to come back the next morning to finish the job, but that I had to write a check then. When they didn’t show up the next day, (after repeatedly telling me, «We’ll be there soon, just have to finish this other job») I cancelled the check and they charged my credit card anyway. They left moving blankets and dollies behind, damaged furniture, destroyed a bookshelf, abandoned a cabinet on the stairwell of my new building, (it was thrown out by the building) and then complained that they were being overworked. I ended up having to finish the move myself and because it took a day and half longer than planned, I missed a flight as a result. I disputed the charge with my bank, and they had the nerve to tell the bank that the services were delivered as agreed to. I now have to jump through endless hoops to try to get my money back for what has proven to be a total waste of time. I could have made the move quicker myself one piece at a time.
