Business Owner

Dr. Richard P. Rubino received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at the Medical College of Virginia (VCU) in Richmond. He also completed a one-​year Hospital Dental Residency in Norfolk, Virginia and received a certificate as a Genreal Practice Hospital Resident. He has a Master of Education degree in Counseling and a Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia. Dr. Rubino maintains on-​going continuing dental education in all phases of family and cosmetic care in order to stay current with the latest advances in dentistry
