Overall, very happy and satisfied with the service received at RJ’s.
They are a trustworthy family owned and operated business. Ray, the owner, discussed what might be wrong with my car in thorough detail. My only concern was that he didn’t have much experience with Mazda 6’s, but I appreciated he was honest about his uncertainty.
Hard to find people with that level of integrity. For this I give 5 stars.
He explained why the other shop I went to recommended certain repairs but he didn’t. He also provided several options for tires and nothing is overpriced. Also one of the employees was able to give me a ride back to work, since I worked close enough, which was very nice of her because I was late.
I highly recommend this shop if you have a ford or Toyota or another common car.
The reason I don’t give this place 5 stars is because the estimate provided was not organized or clearly written. It was hand written on the back of my receipt which was very difficult to read and understand. Otherwise, very honest and trustworthy, but might not be 100% accurate with resolving the issue. Then again, nothing ever is that accurate.

Rod and his team are the absolute best. They are fairly priced, but more important they care about their customers and take the utmost pride in their work and want it right the first time. Very hard to find these days, highly recommend!!!
