Its a Staples store. It is exactly as you expect. They sell office supplies. Nothing exciting. I dont go there often, but a handful of times a year. The staff always seems friendly, although sometimes it seems like they are understaffed once in a while. My problem with Staples is the company, not the store. Some things I buy there are fine. Others things, on the other hand, are garbage. More specifically, the furniture. I have bought a number of furniture items from Staples over the years. Some of them have been great, a chair and a L shaped table. However, I recently bought a laptop stand and another office chair and they just sucked and were returned. At least returns are hassle free.

I almost changed my review to a four star today. I was almost done then the guy behind the counter went to help someone else. Almost 20 minutes later after I went to get a manager the guy finally came back to me. Horrible customer service. If you are a small business owner like myself avoid this place unless you want to spend a long time there.

Unhelpful staff, poor layout, poor selection, mediocre prices. How does this company stay in business? More importantly, why hasn’t a competitor challenged Staples and Office Depot with a better model and taken these guys out to the trash?

Don’t even think about shipping a package from here. I understand charging for a box and packing materials, but tape? Computer time for entering the label information? Getting nickel and dimed for shipping a package when UPS is around the corner makes no sense.

Understocked store and didn’t have 1 item from my fairly basic office supply list in stock
