I’d give this place 3.5 stars overall. The staff was friendly and for as busy as they were efficient and even apologized for the delay in getting my drink order. I mean I like the convenience aspect of having the option of starbucks in the middle of the mall but they’re generally so dang crowded. If I wasn’t so needing a green tea to get me through the day I would have gone without. The primary reason I didn’t give it a full 4 stars the area where creamer and such is located looked a bit messy. Also you have to ask for a straw if you want one. They just don’t have them sitting out. Granted if your getting a cold drink they do give you a straw so no need to worry about that.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been too. Me and my team come to this Starbucks almost everyday for breakfast and coffee and the Starbucks team is never prepared. When we come down between 915am and 945am. Their baked goods cabinet is almost always open and their displays are not done. One of my team members always asks for the blonde roast and they never have it brewed and she usually visits this location 2 – 3 times a day. Majority of the time when we visit it could take up to if not longer than 10 – 20 minutes waiting on a drink order. For example today me and my 2 team members stood in line 8 – 9 minutes with no one in front of us before even being helped while 4 people behind the counter mulled around looking like they were lost or didn’t know what to do. Needless to say the drinks are mediocre but this Starbucks staff needs to get it together they see the same people everyday you’d think after so many complaints that they would get better but they seem to just get worst. They are lucky they are the only place open before the mall opens otherwise I’m sure all mall employees would take their business else where

Worst Starbucks I have ever visited. Wait times are excessively long(15 mins in my case) and then when I get my drink it doesn’t taste right. I ordered a chai and watched them make it for someone else, turns out they are using half water and half milk unlike other Starbucks that use all milk.

It’s ok starbucks kiosk, it’s busy most of the time. I am in the mall many times a week so it’s either Nordstrom café or starbucks.

Pretty standard Starbucks kiosk. The line here is usually pretty long, but the service is okay. The seating area seems to be managed by the mall and not the actual Starbucks so there aren’t a lot of tables and chairs. If you’re not in a hurry, then this location is worthwile. For a small kiosk-style location, it’s not bad.

People here are always nice(Especially Rahiem) and get my drinks done quickly and correctly. Never had them get an order wrong. don’t understand the previous reviews. There can be a long line sometimes, but that’s to be expected at the mall and it moves pretty quickly as well. Seating is pretty nice especially now that they’ve added more seats to the center of the mall.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. It doesn’t matter if this is just a kiosk or not, the employees here need to realize that they represent the company. The cashier was very rude to the customers before me, so I wasn’t expecting her to act any differently towards me. When it was my turn, I gave her a coupon code that I had gotten from being a rewards member and she said it didn’t work. I told her to forget it since it wasn’t a big deal, but she continued to try and even asked for help from the drink maker. As expected, it didn’t work. Then she told me my gold card wasn’t working and called for the next customer. I stood there in shock. At that point, my patience was dwindling. I told her I still wanted my order and she gave a big sigh before ringing me up. Then she tells me my gold card isn’t working. I told her to try again since I used it yesterday and she responded with«ugh.» Of course, it worked when she tried again. She also didn’t give me my pumpkin bread either. I had to ask the barista to get it for me, but even he wasn’t friendly. Needless to say, this was not a pleasant experience.

Two stars go to the Barista who made my drink. She was really friendly but the older lady that was taking my order. Very rude. She cut me half way when I was ordering my drink to talk to someone else. Rude. Would have told her to go somewhere but then didn’t want to ruin my morning with someone that isn’t worth wasting my time. Came here around 10:10am if I knew the ladies name definitely would call Starbucks or whoever the manager is there and complain. Horrible customer service. Had better customer device at McDonalds. And I would expect Starbucks to be somewhat better but so disappointed. The barista on the other hand. The younger lady(early 20s) she was nice and the drink was pretty good. This is my second time here and the first time I ordered here it was a gentleman that took my drink order and he was also very rude as well. Did not like his attitude. And the drink was nasty. They made a very watered down pumpkin spice Frap

For being in a mall, it’s pretty good. Yes, the like can get long in the evenings or on weekends/holidays, but it’s to be expected. Being a mall employee, it’s nice when they recognize me and remember what drinks I like. There’s some turn over, but not much. The batistas are friendly. My only complaint is that they could wipe the tables down more often.

This Starbucks experience was no bueno, and I’m an easy Starbucks customer, nothing complicated. I ordered a double chocolate chip frapp with extra whip. I don’t even normally get frappuccinos, but I wanted one. Ordering was 100% fine, then I get to the pick up counter. I don’t know who this guy(let’s call him Dick) thought he was, but apparently he was too busy chatting it up with his sbux colleagues to serve people. Dick wasn’t announcing customer names or drink names, he would just throw a drink down on the counter without even looking at anyone, and continue his conversation with his co-worker. It was up to people in line to guess who’s drink it was and if it was right. Mine came next. Plop. Down on the counter, no words exchanged, no eye contact. Had less than even normal amt of whip when I ordered extra. Okay, Dick, I understand that you don’t want to use normal amounts of whipped cream, it’s not cheap, but that’s why you charge me for it. So I said, «Excuse me, I asked for extra whipped cream, there’s hardly any in there.» Dick takes my drink(still no words, no eye contact), dumps half of it out in the sink, and puts hardly any more whipped cream in. Plop. Down on the counter, no words, no eye contact. Bad business.

The wait here is much too long for a starbucks. I expect in and out when i go to a starbucks, so therefore, i just choose to go to another one closer to my work from now on.

I’m not usually a customer of «Spendsomebucks» coffee, but I do need a peppermint mocha fix every December, so I waited in the extraordinary long line at this mega-kiosk in the center of the Dulles Town Center. The staff seemed lackluster at best behind the counter, the lined moved somewhat well, and there just seemed to be a general feeling of «MEH» all around. Perhaps it was the economy during the holiday season; either that or the plethora of over 35 year old women in Ugg boots that walked by while I was in line…

I have been here a three times with my daughter — she is the Starbucks fan — and I refuse to go back. I don’t order anything amazing — I like unsweet, black iced tea. That is it and how hard is that? Well, one would think, from the attitude of the baristas that it was an order of 10 frappucinos. [For the record my daughter orders an iced coffee — again, nothing amazing] They have to be some of the rudest customer service employees I have ever come across. If it had been one time I could have chalked it up to a bad day — twice, okay perhaps I hit them [again] at a bad time — but to receive indifferent service bordering on rude is unacceptable. You literally feel as though you are imposing by asking for a drink. Here is the thing — be it a $ 5 coffee at ‘Bux or a $.99 coffee at Micky Ds it is still a business and we are paying for the product [in Bux case — overpaying] and I don’t appreciate being treated like an imposition. In all three instances there was no line and no one in line behind us. We were the only customers. Each time there were two baristas working and not one time did we hear«Hello», «How are you?» «What can I get you today?» They just stood and stared until we simply gave our order. And forget a «Thank you» or «Have a nice day» — you have to be kidding. They could care less. The kicker to the service? It is always filthy. The counter where you order is sticky. Where you can add cinnamon or sugar to your drink or get a napkin? Strewn with trash and spilled drinks. They don’t seem to ever take the time to clean. I don’t know what else they have to do because they have never been busy when we have been there. If you like surly and dirty then by all means pay for your over priced coffee here. I will go find a unsweet black ice tea someplace else.

Yuck! Have we all lost our minds? The staff here do NOT clean they’re coffee makers nightly, therefore, the coffee has a burnt flavor. :( The condiment area is always very messy — had to ask for a stirring stick, whole milk and sugar. When tasting the coffee… it tasted old and way to strong. When purchasing a bagel for my daughter they told me that they were out of sacks! What gives? —- Best place in town for a REAL cappuccino is Emilio’s Pizza in the Landsdowne Shopping Center. Be very careful — if you order one… cappuccino… you’ll be back day after day! The froth on the top is literally 3 inches deep!~ :)

It’s a bit more than a mall kiosk, less than a full store. Unfortunately, the quality is exactly the same as that description. The drinks are wildly inconsistent from visit to visit, and the staff is only moderately polite. They seem to suffer from the same mall ennui that you would expect from a kiosk Starbucks, but with less reason. It’s somewhere I’ll go if I really want Starbucks, and I’m not leaving the mall anytime soon.
