FANTASTIC BOARDING & DOGGIE DAYCARE FACILITY in LoCo!!!
Just picked up our very nervous/​skittish 11 month old rescue puppy Winnie from her first time boarding/​doggie daycare at The Crate Xscape… couldn’t be happier! I was probably as nervous as she was when I dropped her off, but after her being there 3 days, she was actually tail wagging and «smiling» when I picked her up! (I thought for sure she would be hiding in a corner somewhere.) There was no doubt in my mind that she had the best time with her new found four legged friends and that the staff took EXCELLENT care of our nervous nelly! The Crate Xscape is a wonderful facility. I couldn’t believe not only how large it is, but how immaculate it is! There is so much room for her to play and run and Juhmal and Angela have exceeded my expectations with their genuine love and patience for our «new baby»!! Before I left Winnie for the weekend, they knew I was nervous and assured me she would be in good hands and they would love her like their own and when I picked her up I can tell they did just that! To see her so happy and relaxed made my day! We are pleased to have found a safe and trustworthy place for our dog to «go on vacation» and have herself a good time while her humans do the same! We are also happy to have found a fun, warm and loving place for her to spend her days running and playing with new buddies rather than sit at home and bored all day! Hooray for The Crate Xscape!!! A sincere thanks for doing what you do and for making our dog (and her humans) comfortable in such a new situation for all of us! Can’t wait to come back! Winnie & her momma

The staff is trustworthy and professional. The facility is immaculate and there is ample space for our dogs to play and socialize with their four legged buddies. Each time we bring our dogs to The Crate Xscape we are certain that our dogs are in good hands. Throughout the day the staff will text us pictures and videos of our dogs playing and napping. This small gesture brings a smile to our faces and a mental escape from the stress of the workday. My fiancé and I have visited other dog care providers in the DC metro area and this is by far the most accommodating place we have experienced. Our dogs are always happy and energetic when they see staff members. When we pick our dogs up from The Crate Xscape they are exhausted from playing all day. Every time we pick our dogs up from here they have a «Xscape Hangover». The Crate Xscape has made our lives easier. With a 6200 sq. ft. facility and an energetic and attentive staff I highly recommend that you bring your dogs to this awesome dog care provider. Our dogs and I hope to see you and your dogs at our next visit.

I brought my two large, high maintenance dogs in for daycare last week, and I could not be happier with the way everything went! The owners of the facility showed nothing but kindness and patience towards my dogs, and their thoroughness and attention to detail were so appreciated. I have gone to many other daycare and boarding facilities in Loudoun County, and I am by far the most impressed with Crate Xscape. When I came to pick up my dogs after work, they were having a great time romping around in the huge indoor play pen– they didn’t even look like they had missed me at all! A big improvement over the anxiety and agitation I’ve seen from them at previous daycares. Juhmal even showed me some photos he had taken of my older dog (who is very aloof and not cuddly) curled up on Juhmal’s lap on the couch! I will definitely be bringing my dogs here again for daycare, and for any future boarding needs we have.

Brought our two 7 mos old lab puppies to Crate Xscape for their first visit today. The owner and his family greeted us when we arrived and quickly made us feel at home. The facility is HUGE and very clean. Even though the business is relatively new, Juhmal and his wife know what they’re doing. We toured the facility and even accompanied another pet on a trip out back for a potty break. There are so many nice daycare places that allow the dogs to relieve themselves inside that this was refreshing. Our pups played and took walks today. The owners’ daughter even spent some quality time playing frisbee with our pups indoors! (Honestly, the place is huge!)
I am happy to report I have 2 very relaxed and sleepy pups tonight. They didn’t appear to be the least bit stressed when I picked them up. We will definitely be regulars at Crate Xscape!
