I’m thrilled I can sigh a «cool» breath of relief! After my air conditioner stopped working at 9pm during this heatwave, I thought there was no way I was going to get a hold of anyone the next morning to come out. I was wrong. After calling and speaking to Igor from Air Crew around 8:15am, Dima was here by 1pm. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue, and by 1:30pm, I once again had cool air coming out of my vents. And to top it off (not like having my air conditioner working in 100 degree heat wasn’t enough) they were incredibly reasonable with their pricing. I had huge concerns I would be gouged because of how busy everyone is, but that was definitely not the case. Bottom line: I received fantastic service at a good price and would absolutely use them again.

They were able to come next day even during the peak summer season. Dmitry came and did a fantastic job. He gave me some pointers to maximize efficiency. I would highly recommend them!

We live in the San Fernando Valley and the temperature hit 120 deg on probably the hottest day of the year. We have 2 AC units. The first one started blowing hot air intermittently and the second would start and stop, start and stop.
We called Air Crew, and Igor was here the next day. He diagnosed the first unit as having a bad compressor and told us to call the manufacturer for their warranty and see if they would fix it first as this would be the more economical solution because the unit is only 2 years, and if they wouldn’t fix it, he could always come back and replace the compressor himself. Wow, the perfect chance to rip us off, and he told us to call the manufacturer first because it would SAVE US MONEY, never mind he wouldn’t make money off the product install.
He diagnosed the second unit as having too much freon that was causing the unit to overheat and the safety switch was kicking in, he said someone obviously over charged it, he removed some, and boom, the AC is working just fine.
Highly recommend Igor and his company. Hard to find honest technicians like him.

Highly recommend. We have used this company many times to service our aging a/​c unit. They are always prompt and friendly. It was 115 degrees during the second day of our heatwave when it went out again. They came out and fixed it in the same day. We could not be more thankful. Don’t call anyone else. They are the best!

If anyone needs a referral to a company to fix their air conditioning I very highly recommend «Air Crew.» My husband and I have used them three times now with an aging air conditioning unit. Each time they were able to come the same day if not the next day and were quick to fix the issue. I called one morning because our unit stopped working. They were able to get here by 1pm the same day and had it fixed before 3. They are very reasonably priced as well. Their office phone number is 818−400−8455. They are licensed as well #974 038. I am not getting anything out of this, just wanted to promote a company that my husband and I have had good service from. Oh, they also fix heating issues as well. During this season I don’t think that will be a problem though :)

My central air unit went out on 06/​19/​2016, one of the hottest days/​nights that we have seen so far this year in Valencia. I messaged Air Crew through Unilocal around 8 AM on 06/​20/​2016, and Igor called me within 20 minutes to schedule a same day appointment to have a technician come to my home. Vlad was on-​time, clean and professional. He showed me the broken compressor and had the part on his truck to fix it. Vlad had my AC unit diagnosed, fixed and tested in less than an hour. I asked if it was worth changing the compressor, fan motor or any other parts that appeared warn while he was inspecting both of my units. Vlad said to leave it alone until it breaks down. I gave him the perfect opportunity to up-​sale me as a test, and he passed with flying colors! It’s hard to find ethical service personnel nowadays, but the guys at Air Crew are now in my contact list and I will refer anyone I know to them that has AC problems.

Our AC unit suddenly stopped working and so we called Air Crew. Igor was able to accommodate us by coming out the same day to diagnose the issue. He quickly found the issue within 10 seconds, LITERALLY. Turns out it wasn’t an AC issue but rather an electrical one. We appreciate you coming out in this hot weather to look at the problem. It is 105 degrees outside, I have a house full of people over for Father’s Day and my air conditioning goes out. I went onto Unilocal and found Igor and Dmitriy of AirCrew. I thought I would call and leave a message for them to come out tomorrow since it was already 7:00pm on a holiday Sunday. To my surprise, I was connected directly to Igor. He said that he could have someone out tonight between 8 – 9! I was concerned about how much that would cost but he said, «No charge for coming out and diagnosing!» Well, as promised, Dmitriy came out and diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it on the spot. He was very honest with his diagnosis and opinion on the condition of my unit. He charged a very reasonable price. I am so happy to have found Air Crew. Finally, an HVAC company that is honest and has integrity! Highly recommend!!! I will definitely make them my go to company and also will use them when I replace my unit next year. Well, I called these guys because of the reviews on Unilocal and now I’m back to report/​confirm pretty much the same thing everyone else has been saying. Igor is an honest and righteous dude. Days before I called Air Crew I had another A/​C pro (based on a referral… one of these ‘guy-​who-​knows-​a-​guy’ type relationships) come and check out our A/​C because it stopped working. This guy told me my compressor was burned out, my furnace was broken, and that I’d need to install a whole new system. I believed him but before deciding to use him and his guys for the job I wanted to shop around for more estimates. I called Air Crew, not to repair the system, but to come and simply give me an estimate. When Igor showed up, instead of just bombarding me with a sales pitch, he opened up the condenser and told me that the compressor was fine. The only problem was that the fan wasn’t turning. As he was closing up the hood he noticed something… the electrical wire feeding the fan HAD BEEN CUT! Not torn or chewed, but a clean cut with a blade! Igor reconnected the wire then went and fixed my furnace and the whole thing was up and running again. He said the system was old but working and that maybe we should just contact him in the future if we were interested in upgrading to a better system. I insisted I needed to pay him something for repairing the system. He didn’t want anything for the repair and said that the freon needed to be replenished and that he would send Dimitri later to take care of it. An hour later Dimitri showed up, all smiles, and topped off the freon. It’s a crazy world we live in where you have super honest pros like Air Crew, and then you have a other ‘pros’ that cut your wires and tell you that you need to replace the whole system. I will definitely be using Air Crew in the future for all my A/​C needs.

There’s a reason Air Crew has all 5 star reviews, they earn them! These guys just left our house after removing our old swamp cooler and ducting and replacing it with an AC unit and new ducting. We only contacted them a few days ago and they were on top of it! The entire crew was professional, friendly, hardworking, and FAST. In 1 day we are now living comfortably and we are so thankful!
Their price was extremely competitive with the other companies we contacted, and they offered the same equipment. Our new Lennox AC unit is so quiet and lovely, we’re thrilled we went with Air Crew! Couldn’t recommend this company enough, thanks guys!!!

Didn’t have time to put up a review but now I do! Igor is a very honest guy first and foremost. I came to him with an issue that I came across when my air conditioner wasn’t blowing cold air. He came the same day and diagnosed the issue very quickly and precisely and gave me a great price! After he replaced a part in my unit, cold air was blowing again! Never had an issue since! Thanks for being honest and taking your job seriously! I will definitely give you a call again if i have any more problems!

Igor and Dima are THE BEST IN THE WEST!
I’ve called them twice to fix AC/​Heater issues at our home and both times their service was above and beyond and they did not take advantage of the situations.
Problem 1:
When we purchased our home the air flow to our son’s room and master bedroom was extremely limited. We thought we’d had to (a) change out the 50 year old solid steel ducts running in the crawl space of our home = major $$$ or (b) replace the full system also major $$$. We were ready for the worst.
Solution:
Igor and Dima showed up on time, crawled under our home and determined the problem was not there. They opened the furnace air handler, tested the parts, and problem wasn’t there either. They checked the filters, all good there too. Then they opened up another part of the furnace, and lo and behold, the insulation around that part that’s meant to keep the air warm/​cold had fallen on the air intake. Once they screwed the insulation down, we had air flow to the max!
Alternative scenario with another vendor:
They could have asked for $ 299 inspection fee, told me I needed to replace my full system or do some bogus check up, or replace the steel ducts, blah blah blah and billed me for several thousand dollars. Igor and Dima did none of that. They were straight forward, honest, and definitely did not take advantage of me.
Problem 2:
I had decided to replace my old thermostat with the ecobee3 wifi thermostat. I took the old one off the wall, plugging in the ecobee3 and it didn’t start up. Ok, I took ecobee3 off, put the old one back and, and again the system wouldn’t start up. I flipped the circuit breaker, did a test/​reset on the outlet powering the air handler/​furnace. nothing. Ok, I thought great, I shortcuried the whole thing, or one of screws pierced a wire behind the wall… I called Igor again.
Solution:
Igor came out the next day, Diagnosed the situation within 10 minutes and told me I shorted a circuit on the unit. He had a spare in his utility belt, replaced it in 1 minute. Installed the ecobee on the wall, himself in 2 minutes, waited for it to start up, it did, tested hot and cold, it worked. He left.
Again, FANTASTIC SERVICE.
Alternative scenario with another vendor:
Some bullshit tune up I didn’t need for $ 299, telling me I need some new alternator part that’s expensive but lucky for me they have it in their truck for only $$$, or whatever. Igor did none of that, didn’t take advantage of the situation, again demonstrated superior knowledge of the AC systems, and again went above and beyond.
And both times that I called, Igor came the next day and on time, I was tempted to call someone else to see if someone can come same day, but waiting for Igor and his staff is worth it.
Would definitely recommend Igor and his crew.

I want to Thank Igor. He sent me a message yesterday a few minutes after my posting. He was prompt and said he would be able to stop by the next morning, best part was he said there was no fee to come down. He showed up right when he was supposed to and went right to work. He told me the problem with my furnace within a few minutes and then fixed it. We finally have hot air in the house. Igor is amazing. I highly recommend Igor for all of your HVAC needs. He is a true professional and deserves to be recognized. I will only work with Igor for any future needs.

Igor and Dmitriy were great! On time, personable, and easy going. I thought our A/​C was completely broken but it was just pure neglect and ignorance on my part. Long story short, they were able to school me up on basic A/​C-​101 and without being haughty or condescending about it… all free of charge too… even after I insisted. Good dudes! Will definitely keep their card on file for the future.

Review update:
Igor immediately messaged me today to apologize for not getting my voicemail and calling back. He said he sometimes does not receive customer voicemails due to his provider — I can definitely see how this could happen.
He offered to come round to inspect our issue and literally turned up at our doorstep 1.5 hours later today — spent over 30 mins inspecting our entire HVAC system, crawling around our attic and giving me invaluable information and advice about different things — at no charge. He was upfront and honest regarding the condition of my home system and did not try to upsell unnecessary services at all.
He seems extremely knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. He is also a very likeable and friendly fellow. One of the most crucial things he recommended for an old system like ours is to immediately schedule a carbon dioxide level check with our gas company for free.

I had (and still have) an A/​C-​heating duct issue in my house. Based on positive Unilocal reviews I called and left a message for them. 24 hours later and still not a call back. Even more disappointing is the fact I called a number of 5 star rated SCV recommendations and 2 didn’t bother to return my call.

My heater went out on Sunday and I was frantically calling to get some help. Most companies didn’t answer the phone, some had no opening and one even was going to charge a $ 200 fee just to come out, and if they did anything it didn’t apply to the job. Air Crew came out 2 hours sooner than they said and then he came for free. It turned out some wire came loose and he didn’t even charge me anything. What an amazingly moral company with some true understanding of customer service. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Please use them the next time you need anything to do with air conditioner or heating. Thank you again Air Crew!!!

Called Igor to inquire about my relatively new A/​C system. Many places always try to up sell their services like maintenance plans and such, but it was refreshing to talk to Igor and how honest we was when I asked him.
If I ever have any issues with my HVAC system Air Crew will definitely be my go to for servicing my HVAC!

I bought a great Ductless AC from Ebay and needed it installed properly. My contractor did the preliminary hookup but he couldn’t do the charging or fine-​tuning which was a problem. I called several AC companies… all wanted to charge me an arm and a leg and were not too friendly either… Then I checked Unilocal and noticed the great reviews of Air Crew. So I called and … Igor came to my rescue!
He checked everything out, rewired, charged the equipment and even checked out my other ductless.
His price was really fair. He is professional. He is on time. Could you ask for more?
Oh yeah, I had an error message about two weeks later… I called Igor, he came and right away and fixed the problem. No charge.
