Let me start out by saying that I have been to about a half dozen acupuncture places over the past 20 years, so I am not new to the treatment. The center is in the strip center located between Vons and the Chase bank location. Usually you will find acupunture places in strip centers so don’t let this stop you from going.
Mr. Lee is very friendly and seemed to know exactly what I needed when I told him the problem. This is an injury that I got a long time ago that comes up every few years and causes me a great deal of pain.
Typically the treatments I had in the past would be a number of the needles in my back, but Mr. Lee placed two needles on the back of my hand between my thumb and index finger only. This is unusual, but he said these are directly related to my problem area and sure enough in less than five minutes my pain was almost gone. It usually takes five treatments to fix this for a few years and I went back again today for a follow up. The pain is almost completely gone!
I asked him what he usually charges (since I got this referred through my insurance) and he said around $ 60 which is still a good price. I would definitely refer anyone to this business and have no issue going back whether my insurance pays or not.
