Took a while to write this but we had the best experience working with Daniel Walsh! We went to an open house that he was showing and ended up asking him to be our realtor because we liked him so much. We were tired of the high pressure realtors and Danny was such a pleasure to work with!!! He even said something to the extent of «it’s not my job to tell you what house you belong in, it’s my job to show you great houses and you will just know and I will be there in assist you along the way.» Better than the previous realtor who kept trying to get us to put offers on horrible properties we didn’t love. Keep up the great work Danny, you have our business and our recommendation for life!

Remax of Santa Clarita and Rocky Coennen took a full commission ($ 27,000.00) while not selling my house in Valencia, CA. After going over my lowest selling price with Rocky, he managed to find a seller far UNDER my lowest price. He did this toward the end of my sales contract. When I said that I would rather keep my house, he said that his manager would probably charge me the full sales commission. Sure enough, I was court ordered to pay Rocky the full $ 27,000.00. For not wanting to be strong-​armed into selling way below my lowest price!
