HLB was created by Robert Tubbs jr and his wife Heather and son Lucas are first letters combined making HLB. We started five years ago win I discovered my wifes abilities. Her art all ready being in Seattle art institute. I felt she could do more, so we did. Started small Saturday markets, bazaars, and more. Wanted to teach my son more about doing a adventure like this may 15 2015 we opened hope to stay.
