The people who work here are really nice and helpful. However, their lab service is atrocious. I have been waiting for over two months for my glasses. My appointment was in March. I got the glasses about two weeks later. They were not done with the correct prescription. They sent them back on 5 April. It’s the end of May and I still have no glasses. I don’t think it’s the employees at the store’s fault. Their lab is horrible. I would cancel my order, but my insurance has already paid for the glasses and I think that would be one more hassle that I don’t want to deal with. Can’t recommend Accurate Optical to anyone.
