As a real estate agent, I have a frequent need for good home inspectors. I’ve been referring Joe Fraser to my clients for more than 10 years. Joe is cutting edge in technology and education. He produces excellent digital reports with pictures of the things he is discussing in his report. He emails the report, complete with pictures, to the client at the end of the day. He also keeps current with continuing education and maintains many advanced credentials. People are naturally very nervous about the home inspection process, and very worried about getting a good, fair inspection. They’re worried that an inspector might be afraid to point out all the problems with a house because he doesn’t want to offend the realtor (and therefore «kill the deal»). My philosophy is that I want the inspector to point out everything that’s less than ideal about a house, so the buyer can make the best, most informed buying decision.
