I am a property owner in St Paul who lives overseas. Applegate has been managing my property for 2 years and I am in the process of replacing them. Should have done it a year ago.
Accounting and reporting very difficult to follow; also had a number of significant «mistakes» that resulted in me being grossly overcharged. They also left me with exceptionally low quality maintenance, very long vacancy periods, poor tenant selection… All around disaster! I would really caution against using them. Keep looking — at this stage I have to think nearly any property manager would be better.
