After a really disappointing experience with another local appliance company, I decided to call a St. Paul guy with good Unilocal reviews. He wasn’t interested in driving all the way to Hudson but told me to call Watson and said I’d get good, honest service. And he was right.
Watson’s (and technician Cory) is a pleasure to do business with, and I won’t hesitate to use them in the future.

Had my fridge die overnight. After moving everything to the freezer in the garage, I called a couple places. Watson’s could make it same day. Jordan was the tech that showed up. Quick diagnosis, explained it all, had the part with. Everything done in 15 min.
Service charge of just coming out was 89 bucks on top of parts and labor, so that sucked, but if you need someone fast and good, you typically end up paying a bit more. I’m satisfied with the work, just wish they would have mentioned that when I called in.
